Starbucks policy is if you purchase coffee from another Starbucks location the customer is not eligible for refill $prices. So money ? was lost @ Eagle & Fairview location. Hope they change their misguided policy.

Went thru the drive thru to get a Pike's Place drip coffee on my way to work and this awesome gentlemen in front of me in a very nice yellow mini paid for my drink.
