I order at subway somewhat often and they do an amazing job. I know the staff really well and friends with some. I never got the name of who made my sandwich but I can tell they are someone I’ve never seen. They wrapped my sandwich horribly to where my sandwich was gonna fall out. I always order double turkey and when I looked at it there was barely any turkey :/ there’s more lettuce and mayo than turkey. Disappointed

Went to subway on Franklin rd last night 3/24/24 around 8 we got two foot long subways I got home and opened mine and went take a bite and saw a small curly brown hair on my sandwich we called up there to let them know the guy said I served you but I’m bald so I don’t no what to tell you was not very nice about it said the only way we could get our money or another sandwich is if we had the receipt there was no receipt will not be eating here again subway is a no go for me now not the only gross experience I’ve had with subway

Came to this Subway to order my food. This was me given them a second chance because of an issue prior I came in. Currently I just got done with my order. I waited 40 minutes because they were waiting on making meatballs for a Sandwich. And then I came in a store and they were making doordash orders. Ahead of me while I was still waiting very irritated. The guy running the counter did not even start making my order until I asked him if he had any plans on getting my order done while he went and socialized in the back room
