Ordered 4 sandwiches all on Italian herbs and cheese only 1 came on the right bread the rest had a note they were out of white which didn't make sense when I didn't order white or wheat on any of them and the sandwiches were edible but very questionable quality. Manager needs to step up their delegation and crew accountability as to have better quality service and food which will in turn up the atmosphere making for an overall better review. If you're gonna do the job do it right.

I went in six minutes before closing to try to buy a sandwich. The open sign was lit when I pulled up. As I walked toward the store, the guy turned off the light. I opened the door and he said he was closed. I mentioned that the door says they close at 9. He said, "yeah, well we've been slow tonight." Then I clarified, "so you can't make a sandwich tonight?" He replied, "well nothing's out." He never looked up, just continued sweeping, and never apologized. This was the most unprofessional service I have received in a long time. I'm so disappointed, Subway.

Managers please watch the camera footage during dinner time today (12/21) to see the employees take 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, causing the others in line to sit down while waiting. Meat was unevenly distributed and the sandwich was more mustard than anything even after all that time. i highly recommend that nobody should eat here and should drive to a stand-alone Subway instead.

I want to give a shout out to Nyah. I do delivery driving, and there's always a question of whether or not restaurants should fill the drinks or if the driver should fill the drinks. That's not what I'm going to get into, but I do love the way she handled the question, she was nothing but pleasant. And I think that if more places had people like her working for them, the world would just be a happier place. She was lovely and I'm so impressed with somebody so young to be able to be so diplomatic. It gives me hope that someday everybody can start to just talk instead of get angry with one another. Because there does seem to be a lot of anger in the world these days and we just don't need to be contributing to it. I'm really impressed with her and I think that you should definitely give her a shout out as her employer. And you should definitely pat yourself on the back for hiring someone so lovely.

This place is absolutely unsanitary, windows dirty, dust everywhere, vegetables are old and the employees give you barley any meat or veggies! You guys need to clean this place and train your employees better goodness!

Trevor killed a fly with the gloves and flicked it into the bin of steak and then did not change his gloves and continued to make my sandwich. Put barely any turkey and sprinkled pepper on my sandwich when I said I didn’t want any.Brayden managed to get in contact with his manager and had him clock out and go home.

My husband & I went in for dinner we had a bad experience with Carter & Azrial for starters the meat & cheese were empty and they asked us to wait 45 mins so they could refill them. We said yes but they continued to make our sandwiches mind you that had one -two pieces of meat for a footlong. They were moving so slow my grandpa could make them faster than they were. Not going back

We visited at 6:30 pm on a Monday night. The kid was young, polite but super slow. I rested a six inch supreme. He started making a foot long and I had to stop him. He couldn't remember what meats went on the sandwich. That's fine. I can understand that. There was a girl cleaning the slicing machine who just refused to try and help. He asked her to toast my sandwich and she grudgingly did it. And she grudgingly pulled it out and went back to her machine. Since when does cleaning come ahead of the customers? The girl called to the back because there was another guy back there. He wouldn't come. And when he finally did, he was stoned! The veggies were almost gone and they looked old. I asked for salt and pepper. The salt poured out. He couldn't get the pepper to come out. It was barely edible from all the salt! It took 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made and then it was my husbands turn. My worst subway experience by far! Where is the manager? Why are kids working while high.

The first time ordering from here was excellent- they followed every detail on the app and the food was spectacular. I love my subs stuffed with extra veggies and they understood the assignment. However the next time we ordered, they didn’t stuff it as much and they didn’t toast either sub like the app said to. I hope they get better with this because although JJ is our go-to for subs, we do miss having Subway and enjoy their food when it’s made correctly. I do recommend giving them a fair try though. I order the chicken on Italian herb and cheese with American (white) cheese, toasted, with extra lettuce, tomato, green bell peppers (no spice, just adds crunch), and mayo- just in case anyone wants a recommendation!

Terrible service. I was there on Tuesday at around noon. The guy treated me and other customers like we were bothering him. He was especially rude to a young lady behind me who waited for him to say hello, then had to ask if he could take her order because of his weird silent staring. He said "well, yeah. I work here" as if she was the one with the attitude problem. She laughed (still trying to be nice) and said "oh, sorry. You just didn't say anything so I wasn't sure if you were ready for my order." Instead of being normal and apologizing, he stood there staring at her silently again. So weird and awkward. She just gave him her order and his lack of personality continued throughout. If he doesn't like his job, he should quit and stop annoying customers. I definitely won't be back. I will never give money to a company with employees who don't know the basics of human interaction.
