Around 9 PM on March 26, we experienced the best customer service at this location. The wait was long but they let us know at the menu that it would be. When we got to the window, the manager (I assume?) was training a new team and he was front and center at the window taking the brunt of the customer service for his new crew. Amazing leadership, great new team, and tasty food. Great job you guys!

Wish they had keto options all ready on the menu. I order a item w/ no tortilla & will get 3 bites of chicken in a tiny condiment cup. It's pretty wild. Guess that's about how much meat they really put in those things though. ? Might just have to grab some taco bell sauce from grocery store & make my own next time. ??♀️Dietary restrictions: Just order items without tortilla, rice, and beans for Keto. Let them know if you have gluten issues or celiac disease.

Empty! Literally the only person in drive line, empty lobby. Passenger in my car got mobile order and I decided to order as well. They said I could complete one order and then drive around to drive through again and place order. So… lost the additional revenue. How many others will do this as well?
Terrible everything, tacos are broken half the time and the other half the time the order is wrong…

Pretty sure nobody at this location knows what “fresco style” means. Y’all need to get it together or remove it as an option. Online, fresco means “no dairy, add tomatoes”. We have received multiple orders where this is NEVER correct. Please, knowledge yourselves on this option so we can stop getting home and throwing away our food.
I agree with many of the recent negative reviews for Taco Bell. This company is barely putting any beef, chicken, etc on tacos, burritos, wraps, nacho. The company is ripping customers off. If I want veggie food or tortilla with some cheese, sauce, lettuce then I'll prepare it at home.
