I tried to go to this Taco Bell around 8am and was told that I couldn't order anything due to an ongoing maintenance issue... The employee was laughing about it, which actually added to my frustration.I was almost late to work because I had to drive somewhere else to eat. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

I ordered an item on the menu and then was told 10 minutes later that item is not in stock, and i witnessed not one but two others with the same order recieve that same menu item.. not a big problem but thought that was odd.The employee with the pink hair (male) is better off working as a cart pusher(safety aspect with the color of his haireven though he's built to push at max 4 carts )

They have some tasty food, but service tends to be a bit slow. I guess it is about average when compared to other fast food restaurants. I don't come here for the atmosphere... just to eat my tacos and go on about my life.

An employee licked their bare hand then tried handling my food. Then said because he doesnt touch the food directly, it was okay somehow?! I asked for the managers name and was refused that info. Half the food we got was also incorrect. Avoid this location it's 100% unsanitary!

Went into the lobby and stood at the counter for 7 minutes while every employee looked at me but did not acknowledge me. At some point I asked if I could place an order and an employee (Matthew Valenzuela) said he’d be with me as soon as he could. I waited a few more minutes. At this point I noticed that several drive through customers that arrived after me were being serviced. I asked Michael why I couldn’t be served in the order I arrived and he said drive through has preference and they don’t have a full time lobby attendant. At this point I asked Matthew for the name of the store manager or operator and he refused to provide that information so I said I would continue to wait until someone could take my order. The feeling I got was that they were frustrated to have someone come into The lobby…like, how dare I? I was staying at a hotel in the same parking lot so didn’t make sense to drive. There was also an employee on break in the lobby. Regardless, just sad how establishments like this are so poorly mismanaged in a day and age when service is one of the only differentiators.
The staff was very nice and quick. My food was quick, hot, and actually filled properly. My cheese cups were actually full! My biggest annoyance is ordering cheese cups and they are half empty!

I went the night of 1-9-24 and i was having a really bad day and was crying and was trying not to make eye contact so they wouldnt notice so i didnt catch much of the guy but he was short skinny and i think brown hair but he handed me my food in the drive through and then my drink and when i got home i saw he gave me coupons for a free taco. Made my heart melt. No i dont get the tacos but he cared lol
