Just don't order the biscuits and gravy very worst gravy we've ever tasted, biscuits were dry and stale tasting this is after our server highly recommended them, rest of our food was just ok nothing spectacular for the price, won't be eating here

We enjoyed our breakfast choices. But it was the staff that made the visit great. We were greeted with a cheery hello when we came in and served with smiles. Then were wished a good day and good bye when we left.

My wife and I visited The Griddle today for a late breakfast. Aly was our server and was excellent! She made a latte for my wife that was pretty tasty and had some foam art on top that looked like a fern. I had a breakfast quesadilla and hashbrowns. My wife had croissant breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns with gravy on top. Great, quick service for a very busy morning.

Updated review- some good past experiences but really not this time. Service was friendly but got upcharged for something that I didn't want. Food was off tasting and bland. Gravy train potatoes made me sick to my stomach almost immediately. The meat in it looked old and dry. Nothing seemed fresh in our order. Gravy with that dish and the biscuit was cold. Paid a lot money for a soso biscuit and gravy and 2 pieces of bacon. Definitely wont be back soon.

I visited twice in two days and the food is great when it’s fresh, but inconsistent. Service was lack luster both times and I wouldn’t say there is “atmosphere”. By the time we left Saturday morning there was a wait for tables so plan to be early or patient.

Went for breakfast with my wife. The server was friendly and we were seated without waiting. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. After ordering, our food came out fairly quickly. The food was good and our server made sure our drinks stayed full. For two people, after tip, the bill was just over $50. While I think that was a little high priced, with our current economy, I think it was fair. We do not go out for breakfast very often, so it was worth the splurge.

If we could give it no stars we would. Let's start with the customer service. The hostess was delightful with a sweet smile and attitude. A definite plus. It was a very busy day due to the holiday today. There was quite a wait. It would have been faster if they had staff to clear tables as soon as people left. Our waiter was prompt to come to our table as soon as we sat down, but it rapidly went downhill from there. He got our drink order wrong and blamed us for him not bringing it because he never heard us order it, even though he repeated it back to us. We waited over 35 minutes for our basic breakfast dishes. They were wrong as well. The food was lukewarm at best. We requested super crispy hash browns, they were barely brown and luke warm with no flavor. One order that was requested to have no dairy came covered in cheese. Another server took it back as our server didn't even bring it out. We literally had to flag him down to get a coffee refill. He did refill the tables around us, but totally ignored our table. He was too busy chatting with the next table about star wars helmets, etc. We asked for jam for our toast and muffin and never got it. His attitude bordered on rude. His name is Ray. There was not any follow up to see if we needed anything. We have tried the Griddle before. We hoped this time would be better...sadly this time was way worse. We will not be back. For 40.00 for two breakfasts and two coffees...is not a good value for your money. It was probably one of my worst dining experiences that we have had. We love to support local, but this won't be one of them.
