Pita bread is chewy and low quality. Gyro meat has almost no flavor. Sauce is cheap tasting. Save your $, go elsewhere.

We were out of town working and decided to try Gyro Shack and it ended up being a great choice. Excellent service, the food was prepared fresh and it was reasonably priced.I got the Spicy Bacon Avocado Gyro and my buddy got the Chick Bacon Ranch. Both of us were very pleased with our selections. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.
Just making this while I sit in the drive thru of the store. It took a bit for them to grab my order which was fine. I get to the window and the staff is yelling profanities towards one another very loudly. I could clearly hear every word while the window was shut. Things as a customer that were more disturbing than your average everyday slurs. Even when I’m looking at them they proceed to yell these things every 2 or 3 words. I suggest either telling these boys to use their inside voice, OR invest in sound proof windows

Given the fast food look, I wasn't expecting much. Boy, was I wrong. The food was fantastic.!
While not the best Greek food I have, it's the best you'll ever find in Meridian, Idaho. It has amazing gyros, ice cream, fries, and more, and for that, it is a must-visit for those who haven't tried Greek before. However, if you've moved from somewhere like Las Vegas, this may not be for you.

I ordered the original deluxe. The meat was so tasty and the pita bread was so soft. So glad I found this. The lady that works there provided the best service and was so nice. They even play old school 80s music which I enjoyed while eating. This place is a must if craving Gyro.

Not very good food overall. I had the spicy rice bowl and the rice was barely cooked and totally smothered in spicy sauce. I love spicy food but this was just way too much. The meat was also very dry, basically gyro jerky. Ended up just throwing it all away. We've had good and bad experiences here and every once in a while we decide to give it another shot and we struck out again this time. Total bummer. But this was just our experience hopefully yours will be better!
