I asked the barista for a milk alternative & she gave me options. I chose coconut milk due to my lactose intolerance. I saw that she used Tru moo chocolate milk in my coffee. That milk had the lactose in it. I had a bad reaction from it. Will not be going to this location in the future.

Seriously, the human bean has the BEST hot cocoa I’ve ever had. They’ve got my business for life. The other hot cocoas (especially ⭐️?) are not even close to how awesome their hot cocoa is.

We love Human Bean, especially this location! Our barista on 12/15/23 at 1200 noon was very knowledgeable, capable and friendly, really knows her stuff and made our visit great as usual! We bought a pile of gift cards to give out and hope the recipients come and love it as much as we do!!

The employees here are always so helpful and kind. I like dairy free and sugar free and they always help me find something fun. We get teacher gift cards for Christmas as well, and they give you a free drink if you buy $25 in gift cards.

Service was very slow. Only one other car in line, but took over 15 minutes to get our coffee. The mocha was good, but the iced coffee had about an inch of room at the top.

I decided to treat myself after passing a certification exam. I asked the barista for the largest “best” thing on the menu. She told me her favorite and I said “Yes!!” After preparing a Irish Cream White Chocolate Mocha…blended, she handed me the delectable concoction and said “Congratulations! We’ll see you next time!” I was surprised and so grateful that someone else validated my achievement! Human Bean forever earned our business…and indeed they will see me next time!
