Great food. Our server was so nice and attentive. The food did take a little while to come out, but with how busy it is, that is to be expected. The strawberry jam was the star of the show, and we may have asked for extra to take home. (Pictured is the Farmhouse w/ biscuit side, and Farmhouse with half waffle side.)

Food was great when they first opened and has progressively gotten worse. Potatoes were burnt, eggs were tiny, bacon was not out of this world. I could go on but it just wasn't the same. Will probably not go back. My wife and I drive in from Nampa and go there when we want a good breakfast but we think it's time to find something new

Lousy service at Overland location. Ordered coffee, asked for it during dinner, waitress offered it with the bill. Asked for additional plate to share, never got that either. We were one of 2 couples seated in the area to the right of the bar. Service at Linder excellent everytime.Parking: Both locations near Boise have plenty of free parking

On the morning of April 17, 2024, at approximately 10:20 a.m., I ventured to dine at Biscuits and Hogs for the first time, enticed by its high rating. Prior to this, I had attended a doctor's consultation where I was scheduled for a blood draw later that morning. Opting to eat before my appointment, I arrived at the restaurant and found it to be quite busy, which I took as an encouraging sign of quality.I happened to notice a former colleague serving tables, despite our historically differing perspectives. After being seated, a different server took my drink order, though her demeanor was noticeably subdued. Her interaction with other customers seemed more positive, which struck me as odd.During my wait, while I was engaged with my phone, the server I knew from the past rather abruptly placed my food on the table by lifting my elbow, without any verbal exchange, and left. This was a first for me, despite dining at numerous establishments. I perceived this as disrespectful.After finishing my meal, I requested the bill. I proceeded to the cash register where my receipt was handed to me, again without any words exchanged and the server walked away. The only farewell I received was from another individual who was bussing tables. I thanked her for her words and i left.

This place is amazing! We have been here many times and every time is excellent. Servings are ENORMOUS. you food doesn't come on a plate, it comes on a platter. Expect $20 a head, $10 for a little, but for smaller portions and a discount their Monday thru Friday deals and weekend off hour deals are great..$2 well happy hours...Staff is awesome, but grant then a break when slammed...It's a tuff thankless job sometimes...They are SLAMMED weekends so be prepared for a wait and don't get all entitled/hangry...April was our server today and was amazing, but all 3 staff that assisted were amazing and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Made my little girl feel special
