“What makes a great bowl of Pho is the broth. I've been to a few places in the area, and Pho Nguyen definitely has the best broth. I would recommend this place over others.Get the beef and tendon bowl. The tendon is... ? and please, please do not add Hoison sauce to your pho. It's like putting sauce on a steak...so disrespectful to the chef. Not to mention, it's terrible for you? ?“
“Best pho in the valley, no contest! My boyfriend and I visit this restaurant almost weekly and we have never had a single complaint. The food is hot and fresh, the ingredients are clearly high quality, and soul is put into everything that comes out of the kitchen. Everyone is always so lovely and welcoming, and the dining room itself is spotless. The staff here really put love into their restaurant, and it shows.“
“My favorite place to get sandwiches! The rotisserie chicken sandwich is very delicious if you prefer something without the Vietnamese style steamed pork sausage (cha lua). They also have some regular deli options but I haven't tried those. My regular go to sandwiches are the house special, meat ball and the rotisserie chicken.“
“It was lunch, the food was hot and tasted good. It could help if they had a website with a photo of the food options, and their scan link in the restaurant didn’t have pictures either. I had the chicken Pho, they did a good job with it, and the staff was friendly too.“
