We loved this food truck and Todd! He catered our wedding and did so well. His communication is fantastic and I always knew what he needed from me and he was always responsive when I needed something. They were timely, helpful and the food is always so fantastic. They also serve at the Meridian Speedway and we have had so many great experiences with them there as well.

Asada, Chorizo, Al Pastor, Carnitas and Lomo, I tried a couple of each, but they were all ok. Nothing was bad, and I would try them again, but nothing jumped out as amazing. They're a great good option if you're at the tracks, but I wouldn't go too fast out of my way to get these.They include grilled onions and jalapeños, and the salsas were good, but the tacos were all just ok.

Normally I would give this taco truck 5 stars all the way around. Ordered a Sombrero bowl of course they didn't have the bowl which was the main part of a Sombrero bowl she asked me if I was ok with not having it I said yes thinking at least she would not charge me full price. Nope $8.50 for rice beans and very few pieces of asada definitely disappointed and will not be going back. Take it I'm there at least 3-4 times a month.
Amazing food and they just upgraded their food truck! It’s nice and the quality of food is always top notch! This is our shops go to food and it’s worth it!

We used Walking Sombrero food truck for an event 4/22/23 and everyone really enjoyed the food. It was fresh and delicious! Very kind staff and really easy to work with. Great communication with the owner getting our event serviced. I highly recommend the food truck for your next event! Great variety of food options for adults and kids. Nice choices of meats too!

GPS on both Apple ans Google take you to the middle of the race track. Drove around for about half an hour and couldn't find this place so I gave up and went somewhere else. Update your maps!!!
