This location has a very ineffective system of operation. There's one, very slow, counter person while there are about 8 other workers just kinda standing around. The line to order is not really a line but more like a spread out crowd. My order was created online and prepaid, but I had to stand in line for over 10 minutes when I literally could have walked in, retrieved my order, and walked out. It's a real head-scratcher when you see it in action. I kinda wonder if they do this on purpose so that people, who find their time valuable, go elsewhere ? ?.

Been going there for decades and it's still a great place. Their pizzas are always good and they manage to hire a great young staff. Ever had any issues.
