Long line, long wait, didn't get one of the 3 things I ordered but didn't realize until I got home. Fast food prices are ridiculous but they're even worse when the 15 year old making $20/hr only gives you 2/3 of your order.

It's fast food, what do you expect??? The service was excellent and I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name to give her a shout out. The food was meh.... Buttery bacon something..... I can't remember. But the curly fries never miss though. Kudos to what's her name, excellent
I ordered a buttery jack meal with Chicken nuggets for my grandson.The burger was so greasy that the oil soaked through the paper wrapping, cold with BROWN wilted lettuce. The chicken nuggets were cold and SOGGY!! I wish I knew how to put a picture of the burger on the website, just so you all could see!! I’ll never return.Shame on the staff for thinking it was okay to serve the muck!!

Order was not complete and made excuses as to why they messed up the order. Said the manager only works in the morning and I would have to drive back in the morning to get issuse taken care of. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend anyone to go to this
Jack in the box used to be great now it's just ok if I'm in a hurry. The only problem is in the drive through I always seem to get sent to park in the front, even if nobody is behind me. Quite annoying.

Went to this Jack in the box while I was in Caldwell Idaho visiting my parents for Christmas. It was one of very few places open that night and the service was so fast it seemed like we had ordered our food and then went to pick it up. The prices were great and once we got the food it was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the few extra pounds I probably gained from all the food I ordered and ate. The staff was very friendly and thorough. They repeated my order to me and explained any questions I had .

I love the burgers! Meat patties are perfectly seasoned, and lettuce and tomato are always fresh and taste great! I will be returning to branch out on other menu items as well.

I just downloaded the app and placed an order for my family, chose the drive-through pick up and it couldn’t have been more seamless. The whole staff seemed great and happy, and everything was put together to perfection.
