Something has changed. :( We always come for my brothers bday, but this time the food just tasted crappy like the recipes had changed. Stuffed pizza had super tough crusts, hardly any cheese, wilted soggy salads & the food took forever too/absent waitstaff. Really disappointed…..

Second time trying this place. Food was ok, service was awful. We were in the dining room with one other table only saw our waitress 3 times, once when we had to flag down another waitress to find our lady. I had iced tea that I had to dilute down with the water, as the waitress was mia. I had the meatball sandwich and chips.If you want a good dining experience I’d suggest casa Lopez.

The food was cold, some was burnt and others were under cook. There was something hard in the macaroni. The service was very poor, everyone around us got their food before us. However they comped our meal but we turned back all of the food. Would be zero but google is too nice. However, it was an expirenece. Check this place though: WENDYS

I don't know if we went on an off day or what, but we did not have a good experience here. Alfredo sauce had no flavor, tasted like buttery water, chicken was too tough to cut let alone chew, our waiter forgot several things, refills, plates etc. We were really enjoying the sunny day, but we were sat directly in the sun, we were roasting and could see from being blinded. I'm hopeful it was an off day, but for $70... we were really not pleased.

I recently ordered one of their pasta dishes (# 71) with chicken, ham and cheese on top. It's been on their menu for over 10 years and it was as good as I remember. The sauce they make is excellent. I highly recommend Gambino's - their staff was professional and good too! (I recommend their garlic twists also)
Went in for dinner with my husband on valentine's day. As soon as we sat down about every 2 minutes a different waitress would ask us if we were ready to order. I felt very rushed and it was overwhelming. We ordered bruschetta to start which was okay along with 4 wings which were insanely small and a total rip off. Finally I decided on the Caesar salad withll chicken and my husband got the #71. We were told they didn't have the sauce it normally comes with so he chose the meat sauce. I got my salad before he got his pasta and immediately realized they gave me essentially half a Safeway chicken tender.definately not $4 worth of chicken. Then digging around I found a hair that certainly wasn't mine since I'm not blonde. Finally my husband got his pasta and they actually forgot to put chicken in it so we sent it back and they gave him even less chicken then I had in my salad. The chicken was also really tough and chewy. It's my fault for then assuming they'd have tirimisu because what place called Gambino's wouldn't? Anyways they didn't have it so I got raspberry gelato which wasn't actually gelato. My husband said it tasted like they blended up an outshine popsicle in some ice cream. It was barely edible. When we were boxing up our food I realized I was supposed to get a piece of garlic bread with my salad which they forgot...so yeah we won't be going back. Oh yeah and the table and menus were sticky and gross along with the bathroom which looks like it gets cleaned every year

This place has a warm decor and the service was good. The food is awful. All of the items had no flavor. The only item on the menu that had flavor was the bbq wings, which is pretty hard to mess up if you are just drenching chicken in barbecue sauce. I would never come here again, given the chance. The marinara sauce, bland. Garlic twists, bland. Alfredo, bland. Hopefully they come up with new ideas, but as of right now, this place’s recipes are in dire need of work.

Ordered take out @4:50, hostess taking the order made us aware the Stuffed Pizza would take 45 minutes(standard). Made our way to the restaurant around 5:35 was warned that there was an undisclosed issue with the pizza and would be another 15 minutes, we accepted that because sometimes things happen. 5:45 we are made aware that there was another issue and it would be another 30 min but our food would be free. But we could have our garlic twists while we waited. Once our twists came out around 6(they were waiting to bake those so they were fresh with the pizzas) we were told by the hostess they weren’t sure how long it would be at that point the kitchen was having issues, during that time we were offered complimentary drinks that were limited to non carbonated beverages (Co2 issue) we declined and went and got other food. Twists were delicious, very disappointed with the pizza situation, was attempting to share my love for Gambinos Stuffed pizza with loved ones with plans to order a large amount for our next family function. Hostess were attentive, great communication and trying to make the best of bad kitchen situation
