Waited over an hour to be served. Never got our food and people who came in after us got their food while we were ignored. Felt very judged. Not a good experience.

SALADS ARE GOOD, WAITER THERE WAS NOT LISTENING & WHEN I TRIED TO PAY PART CASH, PART CREDIT CARD, HE RAN MY CARD FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT THINKING THAT THE CASH WAS A TIP (IT WAS A TO GO ORDER & I WAS STANDING THERE) .. I WAITED TABLES FOR 20 YEARS, I NEVER PULLED THIS ON ANYONE.. YOU'RE LUCKY TO GET A TIP FOR A "TOGO" ORDER, & THAT MOVED DROPPED THE AMOUNT I WAS GOING TO GIVE HIM.. ALSO, I HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER & CLARIFY THAT I WANTED SALADS WITHOUT MEAT, & DRESSINGS, SAUCES ON THE SIDE.. THIS ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE, IT'S CALLED "ACTIVE LISTENING" YOU SHOULD TRY IT SOMETIME..

Worst place I have ever been. Very crowded, service is poor, irresponsible and finally when food came to my table they had mixed with beef although I ordered pork gyro and confirmed not to put beef. I had never eaten beef in my entire life. Very irresponsible of them.

I feel like this place has gone down over the years or something. I’ve always ordered for pick-up. Today I got the Ky’s Loaded Greek Fries with Chicken… There was hardly any chicken and they were not great. The first time I ever got these it was bussin and so good but I don’t know what’s been up. I also got the rice pilaf with gyro meat… bruh. I thought it was Greek food lol ? so I’m wondering why they are serving Mexican rice and calling it a pilaf? Very disappointed with that. Was confused with the mix of cut red and white/yellow onion too usually pick one or the other. Also the cucumbers were visibly old. I tipped the kitchen too and went out of my way to pick this up from Pullman and spend over $40 on it. Super not worth it. If you went 2 years ago maybe it would be.

I love their food but I've frequently ordered to go over the past couple years and missed items, or had to wait up to an hour to get food when ordering to go. This often stops me from picking them when thinking of where to go for food. The portions for their Greek plate seems fairly small for the 17 dollars in price. I feel like it should come with at least more rice if not more chiken. I thought it use to be bigger in the past. Their pizzas are quite spendy but always good.Dolmades are worth a try. The rice and tzatziki sauce are very good together. Tried Calzones once as well and they were alright.

Very meh food. I got a gyro plate with the Greek salad. The gyro was decent and the salad had potential, but alas upon closer inspection you could tell the lettuce was very much on its way out and did not look appetizing in the least nothing stood out, and what did was not a positive. With all the food options in Moscow this is one of the last places I’d want to spend my money. The service was relatively quick and to the point. No complaints there.Atmosphere-wise it wasn’t great. Majority of the booth seats were splitting, only decorations were some prints on one wall (one of a dead octopus ?? not sure what that was about) and the ceiling and walls were kinda shoddy. Didn’t feel very put together at all.

This was a great place to eat last year but our last few visits were definitely disappointing. Our gyros bairly had any meat and was dry and burnt. The lettuce was brown and slimy on both the gyro and the salads. It cost 2 of us $70 bucks(Tip Included)and we couldnt finish it. Really sucks because we loved this place.

We had to wait 45 minutes for two entree’s for staff to come back and tell us there was only enough chicken for one. Food was good but atmosphere and staff was horrendous, don’t come here it’s not worth your money or time. And the restaurant was dirty with flys flying around.

This was the second time I've tried Mad Greens and it confirmed my first trip, nothing memorable. I had the traditional gyro plate, the portion was on the small side and lacked flavor. There was not much to it, the sauce was bland, the salad was bland, and no greek olives. The frozen French fries were quite tasty though. What stuck out to me this trip was we were the first customers of the day and I went in the restroom to find it shockingly filthy. The floor, the toilet and sink were dirty which made me wonder what the kitchen looked like. I think the owners have lost interest in their restaurant. Too bad, I love Greek food but won't be back.

The top of the menu says to ask the server about vegan and vegetarian options. When I did, she went to check with someone else, and came back to tell me that the rice and pita were not vegan, but I could order a salad with falafel. So, that's what I did - and requested no tomatoes. When it arrived, however, it was covered in a creamy sauce and shredded cheese… and included tomatoes. ugh!
