The burrito was outstanding. Price is going up, but I guess that's Brandon's economy now days! The service and the restaurant were average, but usual. It is so much better than Chipotle.

I always enjoy the food, but tonight tops it for worst service there. I ordered nachos with the chips on the side. Got to the end of the line, paid and waited...when I reminded him "hey I still need my chips" I got the biggest eye roll and attitude. He then proceeded to fill the bag just enough to line the bag and toss it at me. Will not be going back as this is not the first time we have been treated VERY rudely.

Garbage. Doordash ordered an Adobo burrito that was 99% tortilla. Skimped on the meat. The "fajita vegetables" were nothing - NOTHING but green peppers.I guess no rice and no beans means you get pretty much nothing else.
The two employees working in the store on Saturday 11/11/23 had to deal with with ingredient shortages and a packed store... Everywhere else was closed due to the natural gas being down. They were kind, courteous and extremely polite despite the circumstances. Made sure customers in the store got served before online orders. Very grateful for them. EXCELLENT WORK!!

My husband and I just came through this location and witnessed a pretty sad environment. The guy making our bowls (Chris I believe and his name tag says he likes sloths) was so nice and was doing a great job when both the initial person to take your order as well as the guy who was cashing people out started very clearly picking on him. I have worked on every type of team including in food service and it was extremely clear that they either A. Don’t like him or B. Don’t respect him. I just want to tell Chris I think that you are doing a great job and thank you for being so nice! Your coworkers don’t deserve your efforts and I hope that things get better ?To the manager of this location: please consider speaking to your team about team work and being more gracious towards each other….Chris you get 5/5⭐️The rest of you could learn to build eachother up instead of blaming others for things inside your control…
