Very unprofessional… employees acting like they are dogs and barking while customers are trying to eat. A little hint about restaurants people can hear you as there eating so be professional and not curse or act out. It’s not play time at work. This isn’t the first time I’ve witness this kinda act at this location.

Whoever was making the food yesterday did a very poor job. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and 5 layer burrito. The gordita had about a tablespoon of meat, a bit of shredded lettuce, a glob of what i think was sour cream and about 8 shreds of cheese. Definitely not cheesy! The 5 layer burrito was about the same; very little filling and a small hint of cheese. I asked for sauce & got none.

Took an hour for a Taco Bell mobile order. They prioritize door dash orders and forget about mobile orders. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the second time this happened… when we go up and ask they said they were working on when they didn’t even have us in the queue yet. Unacceptable. Corporate needs to step in a help this location.

Worst visit to date. Ordered via app and waited for almost an hour to find out they couldn't make my order because they were out eggs. Couldn't or wouldn't make a substitution, couldn't cancel the order because it was an app order. Ruined my breakfast date with my wife.Puddles of liquid scattered around the dining room.Manager could have handled it better but didn't leave the food line to help fix this customer service breakdown.
Every once in a while I let myself believe “it will be different this time”… but it never is. Tonight was particularly bad though. Is it too much to ask to have enough meat in my chalupa that I can actually taste it? Maybe more than just a brown stain at the bottom of a pile of lettuce? If I wanted a salad, I would have ordered one. Tonight’s chalupa shell was so dry and crunchy it wasn’t even edible. That’s just not acceptable, especially when you get it through the drive-through and don’t get to see what you ended up with until you get home. Add to that the missing burrito that was ordered and forgot and you have a pretty disappointing dinner. If I were the manager or owner of this restaurant, I would be absolutely embarrassed. I’ve yet to have a bad experience at the Pullman Taco Bell, so I know it’s possible to get an order right. Take some pride in your work and make each order like you would for yourself or your friends.

The service was excellent! Combo burrito was too drippy. Sauce kept running out, but it tasted very good. The little balls of pastry with cream inside were fantastic. I will definitely get more of those.
