The most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any restaurant I've encountered I spoke with the manager over phone after me and my friend road over with longboards to the drive through she told us we couldn't go through the drive through without a motor vehicle which is understandable... I asked if we could go to the door and get it she said no and started saying the same policies she was babbling before but I've been a manager of a restaurant in moscow for 3 years the name I will not disclose and I've never denied sales before because the customer is always right it's seemed like she didn't want her job it was unbelievable for her to speak the way she did making passive aggressive comments to me and my friend it seems like she really didn't care about her job the way she spoke to us... I really don't understand

I had the worst dinner of my life here. I ordered two #2’s. Soft chicken taco meals. The chicken was un edible cold in the middle and the tortillas weren’t even warmed up. It was awful. So I asked for my money back and they not only refused, the manager came out and yelled at me. She said she cooked those herself and it was over 5 minutes before I returned them. She was very argumentative and didnt even offer to remake them. She said it was a transaction and I already paid for them so deal with it. Instead of offering to make her very cold food right, the young manager ended up getting confrontational and calling the police on me. Not only was it the worst food it was the worst service. I guess they can try to feed you anything and call it ‘A change of transactions’ because they did get your order right. Undercooked cold but right. Take your chances on this one. Could be your lucky day and you get some hot tacos. Written 04/22/2021

We came at 2 in the morning, BEET SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED ! The guy working the window was so nice and just amazing towards us !

The cashier informed me they had no change so they would have to round my purchase up to $11.00 dollats due to the national coin shortage. I haven't run across a single other vendor in Moscow ID refusing to give change.I suggested that they go to the bank and get some. Respose - banks are out of change due to the coin shortage. I haven't had any problem getting change at either US Bank or P1FCU. if they can't provide change why do they get to round up the transaction. I bet if they had yo round down, they'd figure out a way to make change. The cashier was even ruder when I pulled up to the window with a whole handfull of change and asked her to count it to make sure it was right. I am going to the bank and my piggy bank the next time I go to your restaurant and pay the $10.59 in pennies, nickles and dimes. And ask that the cashier count it.

Jesus. Not only did they charge us $21 for Four Quesaritos, they also made us feel stupid for questioning them. They told us they were out of almost all meat except shredded chicken. So we get the 4 $5 quesaritos and get pushed out the drive through. Then we look at the reciept and they clearly added an upcharge for shredded chicken for each one of those bringing each item to OVER $5!!

Food is a lot better now and customer service is better but the problem of missing items and not getting what I ordered continues. Everytime I have visited the new tacobell there is either an item missing or an item is wrong and by my own fault I never check till I am home and don’t want to go back out. It’s very frustrating when it happens over and over.
