I would go through the drive thru they always seem to be out of toppings at their topping bar inside. Much nicer people in the drive thru as well

Worst business in Moscow, I love the food but the management is awful. I’ve tried to get their breakfast on multiple mornings and there is always something going wrong over there. This taco time is a waste of valuable space.

Staff was helpful with carrying trays to my table because I had 2 full trays I couldn’t carry myself all at once. Friendly greeting and goodbye.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are cleaned and wrapped in plastic so you know they’ve not been used yet. Cleanest high chair I’ve ever seen at a restaurant, lol, parents get it

Very rude customer service. Spoke with supervisor joshua for 2 seconds before he hung up on me. I wasn’t even allowed to express my concern of him bringing a hairbrush full of black hair in and setting in on the counter. Very unsanitary, makes sense why last time i ate there i found hair in my burrito. They also don’t clear off the handicap parking spot when it snows so you can’t tell if it’s handicap or not, recommend putting a handicap sign up so the parking spot can be seen as handicap when it snows and clearing the snow so the handicap can get out safely. I did make a report to headquarters so they will hear my concerns instead of hanging up on me.

Taco Time is one of the best places to eat.though I'm not sure what their corporate is doing but this little store still has a beating heart and fire that burns bright.

Had a craving for crisp tacos and went to the drive through. These were nothing like what I expected. No tomatoes, only mystery meat seasoned with taco seasoning, lettuce and cheese. I called to ask why no tomatoes and was told you only get them if you ask for them. I asked about the meat and was told it was ground beef, but I seriously wonder what parts of the beef they use. I will avoid any Taco Time restaurant in the future.
