I just got lunch today with my coworker and their spouse, and the food there today was horrible. The Chicken pounder (It was not a pound of chicken) was small, dry and tough to eat, it was pretty much the chicken, cheese and their sauce. Nothing else on the bun, no mayo, nothing. My coworkers Chicken Club sandwich was dry and tough as well, and overcooked. The coworker's spouse got the bacon cheeseburger, yeah, that was bad. They ran out of the normal patties, so they gave him 2 small patties, and burned them. Also, it took almost 40 minutes to get our food, with only a one hour lunch break, we didn't even have time to eat, we had to take our food to go. I know businesses are short staffed around the area due to the recent pandemic, but today was really bad. I want to support local businesses, but, today was a bad experience. I normally have a good experience with Wingers, and the food is usually pretty good.

Awesome customer service and amazing food ? excellent gluten free options and good prices too. Even the music was good :) definitely recommend!

Kayely was great! Very attentive and nice. Was alone, from what I could tell. But never once lost her cool running the whole place. Food was great! Get that pretzel app. Yum!

Food was good but restaurant has an overall “sticky” feeling. It’s in desperate need of a deep clean. Service was very slow considering there was only our table and one other guest at the bar. Music is also obnoxiously loud (think dive bar) where you almost felt like you had to yell to have a conversation. I could see that level for the late night crowd but not middle of the day lunch.

The wings are garbage!!!! the owner is buying cheap low grade wings so they can stay afloat it was so dusgusting, no breading no skin, just burnt hard gross wings! I warn you! ⚠️ Do not eat here you will be very upset.

No staff...filthy bathrooms...we just left after waiting for a waitress for 20 minutes.Franchise owner has no clue and does not pay benefits to management. The corporate office should be notified.Joke of the Palouse.

Absolutely disappointed in Wingers. My family makes it a habit to go to this restaurant in honor or my late fathers passing because it was his favorite place to get food and this years marks 10 years. I called 3 times yesterday and 4 times today to try and get hours to accommodate my family of 3 and no one answered the phone any of those times. I went by and checked the store hours posted on the front door and showed up to the restaurant just after 7:30 PM (a little over an hour after I stopped at the restaurant) and was turned down service dude to inadequate staffing. Overall disappointed that my family couldn’t keep tradition of a late family member and turned down even though the hours were clearly posted on the front door. Stopped by this evening to order food to go. Was closed. No sign on the door. Signs on the side of the building said “yes we are open.” Funny enough, we were just here last night for dinner. Thought we would order again. The quality of food has gone waay down hill. The wings we got had been dipped in a different sauce then wiped off and put a new sauce on top. We assumed it was a different order they reheated. In hopes that it was just a bad night yesterday, we wanted to stop by today as well. Pretty disappointed. I used to love coming here.

Pretty good! The sticky fingers were great. My favorite was the loaded french fries, they were amazing with the ranch. Don’t get the bacon macaroni though, they taste microwaved.

Everywhere is completely understaffed, the five people staffed tonight (Friday 8/27 at 7pm) did an amazing job bussing, serving, preparing orders, and helping customers. A lot of people were rude to them for conditions out of their control (low staff and long wait time because of having a full house). Food was good (we accidentally ordered our food wrong but in now way is that their fault—it was still amazing) slight mess with the sauces so they could improve there and had uncooked rice. Having the food out in time is important but I’d rather have someone complain about the wait instead of the wait and slightly uncooked rice. Again, people are yelling at them for their food so the pressure is on and they can’t get the slack from rude customers.

Pretty quick service even though they are understaffed. Bartender was helpful and makes good drinks. Some of the sauces were way to sweet/sugary for my taste though. Otherwise good overall

I know they are severely understaffed but our meal was just so disappointing that I felt I had to say something. We ordered take out and ended up completely throwing our two appetizers away without eating them. The pretzel sticks were doughy and the cheese sauce was cold. The Cajun fried onions were pale, cold, undercooked and tasted like they had no seasoning at all.The bacon cheese fries were alright but also cold. The one good thing was that the drumsticks we got were crispy and cooked… but also they didn’t give me either of the two sides the dinner was meant to come with.I hope they have better times ahead once the students come back but I don’t know if we will be giving this another chance.

I have had several different experiences with this restaurant. Food can be hit and miss same with the severs. Thought we would try it again because the menu was changed still wasn't impressed. The service was lack luster this evening kinda disappointed seems its one of my youngest sons favorite restaurants in the area.

Bit of a wait to get in. Got our drinks quickly, but our dinner took 30 minutes. Everyone's food was over cooked. This is a regular favorite spot of ours. Disappointed in the last visit. Definitely seemed understaffed.
