Great food! Best Chinese food in Pullman and Moscow. The noodles were delicious. We tried a little bit of everything from pot stickers, buns, noodles, tea, and dessert. It was about a 40 min. wait for our food but we'll worth it. We will be back.

I love their pork noodles and wontons. Both are really flavorful and delicious. The wontons are really good but the soup that it comes with is bit bland. I don’t recommend their beef noodles because I only got around 8 tiny slices of beef with some onions for the whole dish. There wasn’t nearly enough meat or sauce for the noodles so it was mostly bland noodles.

This restaurant is wonderful. I don’t know where to start. The food was spectacular. The noodles are hand stretched to order it seems, and they are pillowy, yet stretchy and tender. An art. The portion size is generous for this level of hand-made quality. The chicken was very skillfully cooked. It was tender, and had soaked up the flavor of the curry in the most tasteful way. All of the vegetables in the sauce were the same. Beautifully cooked and bursting with flavor. The garnish is equally beautiful.Coming to Young’s Alley is equivalent to being invited into someone’s home so that they can personally make you a meal. The notes on the table reveal the love that is present in the cooking. The owner learned how to cook during childhood, and clearly enjoys sharing this part of their culture with guests. There is usually only the owner in the kitchen, but it is every bit worth the wait.As a former chef, I can tell you that this level of care in a restaurant setting is exceedingly rare. If you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend that you experience it.Vegetarian options: Tomato eggs are amazing!! So is everything else I’ve tried

The beef was really tasty. I love their potstickers and buns. I have tried pork and beef and prefered the beef. The sauce it comes with is a little spicy but delicious.

The food is always well portioned, flavorful, and made fresh. I go to school in Pullman, but the drive over is always worth it since I know I’m going to be getting delicious food for a really reasonable price. It may take a while for the food to come out but it’s well worth the wait since the food is made to order. Ordering online is really easy, too, so I recommend that option if you prefer to have it ready by the time you arrive.
Food was great, and the place is setup really well!

The noodle bowls were wonderful with fresh noodles. The curry had the perfect amount of spice. You knew ot was spicy but it didn't send you running for water. The buns were perfect. The portions were also very generous. We will definitely be back!
First off, the food: just go for the potstickers. they rock like a rock in a rockslide on a mountain of rocks. And they’re utterly rocking it. (Big fan) The seafood soup was also delicious. If you’re a hungry little man like me then you’ll want to order extra. The servings are pretty small. When we went there was a group of 5 or 6 being rambunctious and it was pretty distracting. But it’s a tiny little building so I don’t see a way around that.

Finally went here after living in Moscow for over 3 years, and I 100% regret not coming sooner! The food was incredible. I got the curry chicken rice and the mixed potstickers and I have been DREAMING about them ever since (especially the shrimp potstickers, those were divine). Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in town, will certainly be back soon!
