I had a gentleman named Gavin make me and my friend a sandwich. This is the second time he has served us within the last one-two months. I thought that maybe he was just having a bad day last time but I guess everyday is a bad day for Gavin. He is so very rude and sloppy with making our food. He barely speaks and the whole time he just slings the ingredients on the sandwich. Makes an absolute mess and never smiles. He looks like he is forced to work. He really needs to work on his customer service skills he has got a bad attitude.

Their internet was down so the app wasn't working. Asked if we could order there and still use the coupon and girl was just rude when saying no. So we left and went to the one on Airbase road and they were great.

I’ve never been the type to leave a bad review no matter how bad the experience is but, the girl working (Hailey) had an attitude when attending. She seemed to have been doing something in the back and once she saw me at the register her immediate reaction was “Jesus fkn Christ”… again I said nothing cause I’m not the type to confront. She then proceeded to say “I only have wheat bread by the way” I told her kindly “oh man let me take a call real quick to make sure it’s fine” (since I was ordering for a friend) mind you they close at 9pm, It’s now 8:48pm at this time and she proceeded to shut the door and lock it while I was in there still trying to order.

Food was good and fresh but the girl Hayley that was working had a horrible attitude from the time we walked in until the time we left. Don't think we will be going back there while she is working.

Just remember that you can buy an entire little Caesars pizza for the same amount as one 6-in sub.
Guy named Dan Day working here is hands down the best Sandwich Artist I've come across. Dude got us through the line quickly without feeling rushed. Crafted the sandwiches like SpongeBob crafting Krabby Pattys™. Easily my best Subway experience. Portions of meat and veggies were generous and condiments were well distributed.10/10 will sandwich again.
