I love the remodel and friendly atmosphere and faces. The best. Becca is always smiling and a warm greeting. The workers always asks if we need help.

Had the misfortune of dealing with Wyatt and Eduardo tonight. We had a full cart ready to check out before I stopped to try to cash a check from my bank. After refusing me service but being incredibly transparent about how another Walmart could cash the check (they were checking time and watches and very clearly more interested in going home) we ended up leaving our entire cart. When I expressed how I didn't appreciate them being lazy and finding every excuse not to cash my check "Well it will take $4" "Well I've never seen a name like this" Wyatt very proudly gave me your customer service number and encouraged me to call. So embarrassed for this location as a different one was able to take care of me just fine without arguing or focusing on getting out the door!

Music is to loud. Like it's a club. Can't shop with a headache. Super annoying that I can't call no one to make sure if we got everything when all they hear is the music.

Meh, I wish I could give this place a 5 star because its always clean its stocked pretty well for how busy they always are but the employees are flate out rude! Julie was at self check out today, while my family was checking out I could hear her huffing and exhaling very loud. I thought maybe it wasn't her but towards the end of our transaction she verbally said Oh my God as if we were taking to long for her! Mind you this was the two self check out by themselves so I was right next to her and could hear her clearly. I know this was directed at us because my brother and sister were behind me in line and they were using change as part of there transaction and while they were using the machine she said "excuse me guys" and barley waiting for them to move and had a huge attitude with them about it, While grabbing a bin from by there feet. Like I said the employees are always rude I just chose to write a review this time

I'm trying to pick up a Photo canvas that was supposed to be ready by 1:00pm. It's now 5:00pm, and I'm still waiting for the finished product after two failed attempts. I have other places to be and things to do, but I'm having to wait around and make sure they don't screw this one up AGAIN because I can't trust them to get it right.

Where I'm from has a Walmart (not-so-supercenter) that's reputed as chaotic and messy and almost ghetto-esque like. I avoid it like the plague. It was convenient, location wise, and I needed to make a quick stop for basic travel stuff, and that's how I ended up here. I forgot for a second this was a Supercenter and laughed off the fact that its size is gonna force me to take a little longer to find what I need. Whoa, this place, though! Off the bat CLEAN. Everywhere I looked, everything was organized and placed where they should all be. It made me wonder if they had staff who just go around making sure of this. As previously mentioned, this place is huge and yet I found it uncharacteristically easy finding my stuff. WHAT?! All but a couple of cashiers were open so getting out was just as convenient. Cashier was nice and cheery. Service with a smile is always good. How I wish the miniscule Walmart located closer to home followed the standards of this colossal store. Matter of fact, they should ALL be like this, Supercenter or otherwise. It might just change the not-so-stellar reputation Walmart generally has! Someday, maybe...

Spoke with the Assistant Manager , letting him know we purchased 2 Red Bartlett Trees. They are sterile and require another variety of Pear tree to pollinate, after asking the person in Nursery regarding this info, she told me that we just needed 2 Pear trees, not specifying 2 of different varieties. The Assistant Manger, Male , was extremely kind, and noted he would advise the Nursery Manger to print the correct info before selling any trees from now on. Super nice, super friendly, I was very happy to have his help and understanding. Offered to replace the tree for the appropriate variety so we can have fruit. Thank you !!

What can I say. It's Walmart and they have everything. Down to my bar of ZOTE soap which is a must have in every house I feel.

I am giving a rating of four star only because the store was clean and airy and fresh. The aisles were also very clean. I visited the store around 10am . I was greeted as soon as I walked in and throughout my visit. My one and only complaint would be that at this time in the morning when its getting busier you would think they would have more cashiers c'mon they only had 2

Wow, this has to be the best Walmart in America! It's sparkling clean. I stopped in at 830 AM for a couple personal items and did the auto checkout. I was greeted no less than FIVE TIMES by genuinely warm smiling people. Very well run business with great employees!

Three times in three weeks I have tried to buy some work gloves. Missing prices and other management training problems in those three weeks have resulted in me walking out without buying a single item. Walmart in Mountain Home is a great place to buy items if you absolutely, positively need them immediately. If not, going to other online retailers that have "prime" shipping is a much better way to shop. Certainly less frustrating. Management really wanted the names of cashiers that couldn't ring up the gloves so they could "educate them." I assume educate them in a "you're fired" lesson instead of "management hasn't made sure the cashiers have been trained properly" sort of way? Both managers I spoke to today wanted "names." The only name regional managers in the Walmart corporation need to know is "Assistant Manager Anita" who was working on July 17, 2016 at 9:45 am. The training needs to start there.

Typical Walmart, not the best and not the worst. Be mindful of the times you shop, all kinds of "people of Walmart" come out at night.

I am only rating the service bay. Had to get an oil change, now. 95 degrees in the shade and a small dog with me. They generously used every available person to get everything done in less than 10 minutes so my doggie could get back in the air-conditioned car. Hats off to those guys.

They're the cheapest game in town for groceries, yes- however the clientele is really gross, but that's not totally the stores' fault. WM by default is a magnet for those people. That said it's a great place to play the games "redneck bingo", "fat teen wearing slut clothes bingo", "I need to feel better about myself", "count the neglected screaming children" and the always classic "payday survival".
