The manger is clueless and dose not know how to interact with people. And one employee pop off with stuff when he wasn't being spoken to. Don't use the app because when they don't have the product they won't refund your money on the weekends they won't give you the customer support for take out orders. It funny how these businesses get away with this.

I ordered the Baconator and when I got it, it had no bacon on it. The fries were luke warm. The store and restroom were clean. Staff was friendly, but a couple seemed dazed and confused.

I'm a frequent customer at wendys and have always enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner menus! The customer Service is the only thing that rivals the excellent food quality!
Sat with a bunch of other cars on the other side of the drive thru for 15+ minutes. This isn't the first time they've done this. Don't go if you want quick or accurate service.

I will never go to Wendy's in Mountain Home again. Absolutely no customer service. You walk in and No one gets you you and no one helps you. What a freaking joke. Can't believe they run their business this way.

10:01 and claimed they stop serving breakfast. Had a terrible Jr. Cheeseburger that was cold ,and my one pickle wasn't even on the burger .It was in he wrapper. Got 3 kids meals and they were half the size of McDonald's. 1 cheeseburger, small cup of chucked unpeeled apples , small bottle of 1% milk. Some weird toy my granddaughters have never heard of. Never again will I eat there (Mt.Home). Hubby and myself were the only ones in the place not even in the drive thru.
