Lordy! That was so good! We had their brisket plate with BBQ baked beans and homemade potato salad. Some of the very best baked beans we've ever had! Every bite has meat! Their deviled egg potato salad was so damn good! Good spice, texture, and flavor! We are absolutely eating here again! Hope to make it in time for the peach cobbler next time!
We searched all over today for anything that wasn’t a taco truck and came across Silver City BBQ. And my friend and I both agree this is now our go to BBQ spot. The Snake bites…AMAZING!! Brisket..melt in your mouth delicious, literally each bites is so smooth and comes apart with ease. The smoked Mac and cheese is so delicious…as are the baked beans and potato salad.
