Customer service was non existent. We had a free scoop from downloading the app on our phone but was told we couldn't use it because it was family night. One scoop of ice cream rang up at about 5.80. I told the girl she could just keep it.

Ice cream is great! Their cappuccino blasts have always been a favorite of mine. My kiddo loves the creature creations! Theyre so fun. It is always a bit dirty though. The floors and bathroom can always use some attention.

25 minutes in drive-through and as pulling up at 10:59 to 11 pm they tell me they closed. I love Gold Medal Ribbon, however this treatment left bad taste in the mouth.

This review deserves a zero, but unfortunately one star is the lowest rating available. We entered the drive through line at approximately 2236, we waited in line until we finally got up to the window at exactly 2256. Nobody asked us for our order. I stepped out of my vehicle and stood in front of the drive-through speaker. I asked twice if the staff member could take our order. Nobody answered me. So I stepped back into my vehicle. About 1 minute later when the clock hit 2300, the staff member came over the speaker and said "we're closed, it's 2300, I'm not taking your order". I asked the staff member why he did not take my order 4 minutes earlier when I asked him twice. He replied "I just got notified that you were there, I'm done talking to you and I'm not taking your order". Then he disconnected. This was our first bad experience here at our local store location. The staff member was extremely unprofessional and condescending towards me. This review needed to happen. The line was wrapped all the way around the building and there were about 10 cars waiting. We were one of three cars turned away. Despite making it to the order window in time.Attached is a photo of us in line at 2248.

2 little kid cones and 2 2 scoops and it was $25 and some change, that is ridiculous.

Sadly the drive through did not get my order correct, then proceeded to demand to school me on procedure for next time to order correctly even though I did order it exactly how she was schooling me to order it in the first place. Please as a manager/supervisor, kindly just admit your mistake to the customer and move on or simply correct and move on saying nothing, but don't assume that didnt know how to place the order for 1 scoop chocolate royal and 1 scoop Reese's peanutbutter icecream in one dish with icing on top when that is exactly how the order was placed. And when your employee can't understand this and hands me seperate scoops with no icing and I said where is the icing and can this be in one cup, then get back 2 cups with icing on both then get schooled about how to order.....do better....

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, there were three young ladies working and one customer in the store eating their order. I stood at the counter for over 2 minutes and not one of the girls even acknowledged my presence. They were all looking busy cleaning but not one of them offered to take my order. One girl wiped down the display right in front of me and never pretended I wasn't there. The owner should remind them that without customers they will not be needed to clean. I walked out and went to another BR where I was promptly waited on. It will be a long time before I may try this store again. It's all about customer service for me, and this store doesn't have it.
