Service sucks because they can't retain employees. There are new employees every time I go in. Try paying them more so you can retain some decent employees. A few times it was closed because there weren't enough people to even open the store lol.

Ionya, the person who assisted me was ABSOLUTELY horrible. She had glared at me for no apparent reason and it was hurtful that a customer that was trying to get some food had to deal with that kind of attitude. She was very slow and when I was in taking my order. There was VERYYY inappropriate music playing throughout the lobby. There are children that go into the restaurant for lunch/dinner. That is not okay and things should be done about it. Other than that the food was delicious and very well put together. Just very bad customer service, which is unfortunate because when a customer walks into the building the employee should have a smile on their face as they take their order and not glare as a person that is the customer for no reason.

Every time I go to this place it takes for ever I sat at the counter (4 customers total in the store) for a few after I ordered the lady before me waited for ever and they called the guy who I'm assuming was there before her order after hers and I waited atleast 15 mins for food and it seems to be this way every shift and it's even worse when I got to pick up door dash orders.... there were 4 people working so I wasn't sure what the hold up was so I'd avoid this place unless you like to wait and still eat cold food

The lady in the Drive-Thru had my food sitting outside before I even pulled up which is kind of cool sometimes but also kind of weird, don't they have counter space inside? I just don't understand setting it outside before I've even pulled

I really appreciate the front counter lady,Kristen. It was super busy and she maintained a smile and made sure each customer was taken care of. Her pleasant smile , along with the patience and attentive productive work allowed an experience to enjoy my meal. Not only the customers she helped but she also checked with her coworkers to make the entire delivery smooth. Great work!

I get it, it's fast food and just Burger King with kids working, just wish this place took a little more pride in helping Americans fatten up. Might as well be a Joann's fabric store the amount of fries they put in a large. Taking the money for a large and still giving a small size is still theft and corporate you know damn well what their doing to save a buck.

I don't really care for BK to begin with this but this one is on another level. Bad location with cold food. But the worst thing is bad service with bad attitudes. That can't be fixed with a refund or recooking an order. Never again. Walmart should kick them out and have no restaurant in that space.

Just went through the drive-thru, there were cones on one side so we weren’t sure it was allowed, but we tried anyway just in case. The woman working the headset yelled at us that “there are cones for a reason” and that they had a bunch of kids inside? I don’t get why you’d close a drive-thru because of that, but whatever. I get being busy, but if I talked like that to a customer unprompted I would be fired. It was honestly kind of unbelievable.

Staff working on this location is helpful and professional.No fountain drink in the lobby so you have to get back to the counter and beg for refills and wait until someone is available.High prices much higher than it should for the value of the food and service, like $3.09 (tax not included) for a large drink, it's outrageously ridiculous in my opinion.I don't think I'll be back to any Burger King, as this is a nationwide corporate issue,
