Update: tried several times to contact customer service via “Pepper” chat. When I had the first issue, “Pepper” resolved it quickly. Second time, “Pepper” kept force closing or saying the order didn’t exist. Original Review: Ordered twice through the mobile app for this location and twice they messed up my order! Where do I begin?1. I ordered lunch pickup for my brother and I.Upon arriving, my ordered was not ready on time and I was met with rude/non-existent service from all but one new cheery employee who was not much help.2. The portion size is extremely sad compared to any other location I’ve been and compared to the dine in experience. This place sucks. Reminded me why I can't stand fast food. Beans were dried out sitting in the containers, guacamole was brown - good gawd and believe the bowl you get looks absolutely nothing like their ads. I tried it once will never go back. Back to my neighborhood Mexican restaurant and wait for a table on the weekends. This place should be closed down.
