The cost vs. portion will keep me away. I ordered the Mid size, Strawberry w/ Strawberry fruit and if it was 4 oz. I'd be surprised. Wasn't even to the top of the cup... $7.41 !!!! Wow! Over priced is an understatement!! There's a Dairy Queen and. Baskin Robbins less than 1/2 mile east....

We came in today and placed two orders. Anastasia was our server. She seemed distracted the entire time we were there. After completing our order, she waved me down to the register by the entrance. After I paid, I asked for my 2 ice creams to be put in a bag. She just handed me a bag, but my ice cream was at the opposite end of the counter. She expected me to walk back down and bag my own ice cream. I asked her to give me my ice cream please. She rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and walked away to get my ice cream. No tip from me! If it's too much trouble to take good care of the customer, I can go to Stella's next time. Cold Stone is only averaging 2.4 stars. That's pretty bad for an ice cream shop I must say.

Horrible business and service. I've ordered from their website multiple times, and many times, they forget an item or forget to add toppings. I've let it slide multiple times (and this is after spending at least $60+ each time). This last time, I accidently forgot to change it to delivery instead of Pick Up, and when I called to see if I can either switch it to delivery or cancel my order, the employee was horribly rude.The person who I spoke to on the phone was mean from the beginning of the call. They said they couldn't help me. To go to the app and canceled it. I said it wasn't the app, it was on the website.I asked if they could find someone who could help me. He said no. I asked what I should do then. he raised his voice to me and spoke in a very condescending way, like a child, and told me to go to app and cancel it, which I told them again that it was through the website and that there was no cancel option. I again asked what I should do then to get my money returned. He answered again that he didn't know. This entire time, he was rude, and even laughed. I asked if he could get the manager. He ignored me and then asked 'Is that all?'I emailed the store and the company and never received a word from either. And never received my money back.Stay away from this store.

First off came in with my 8 year old daughter. We have never been here. The first guy with Piercings was amazing and said take your time. When "Westin" or something like that, took over he seemed like he was too busy to help. Mind you we were only ones in the place. My daughter took a long time deciding, and he was very impatient. I had questions for him about the ice-cream that he couldn't even answer. He didn't pay attention to detail as I asked him to put it in a bowl cone. Well, I think he was too busy listening to his ear pods to hear us and got mad that he had to scoop it into the bowl cone. I got ready to pay and he got irritated in helping me put in my phone number. Well, I'm sorry I had a bogo free I wanted to use. He acted as if I were taking money out of his pocket by using my rewards. Wow. I asked him how long he had worked there he said a little over 2 years. Other things were mentioned however, I would feel more comfortable discussing this with manager/owner as I don't feel some of this is something you want on a public platform. Let's just say, if your so unhappy with your job dude.. find a different job. When customers walk in how about a simple greeting? The other guy was amazing. You sir, need to learn basic respect, and manners if you plan to work in public muck longer!

Used door dash with Cold Stone the 1st time. Tried the create your own. Didn't get what we ordered at all. Unless we're only allowed 1 mix in & I wasn't aware. Only got 1 mix in each instead of the 2 or 3 we each requested. Not worth it.

Last night, my friends and I ordered ice cream at 10pm through door dash. This location doesn’t close until 11pm.. The employees decided to write on the ice cream lid “10:30 hours is crazy. I hope it melts.” It’s unfortunate that customers have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. If they had the courage to write this I can’t imagine how they treat customers in store.All we want is for the employees to take accountability for writing on our ice cream, how are we supposed to know if these guys even spit or decided to do something disgusting to our food. It’s concerning.

I went into the store on January 12th to get a birthday cake for my son and granddaughter. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name who had helped me. He was absolutely amazing! His customer service skills were stellar. I left extremely happy with my cake and he did a fantastic job writing the names on the cake for me.

Placed an order online, stopped to pick it up and no one was even out front. Went in and asked for our my order and was met with, "Isn't it in the freezer?". Nope, it was sitting on the printer with 3 other orders. Order throw in a bag with no spoons or napkins.
