Food was really good.Staff was friendly.Area was clean. If Costa vida reads this, the music is fine but for those of us that are hearing impaired it makes it difficult to hear what the cook/server is asking. And this is in every Costa vida I've been to.Maybe remove the speaker by the server line. Many of our trips have resulted in us not getting exactly what we wanted due to lack of hearing the server.

The experience I had the food was good but the attitude of the girl that rang our stuff up she act like she didn't want to help us and when we ask for something she said what what and even the manager had an attitude problem I won't be back there again.

They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. And it's always something so bad that I can't eat it (pork instead of steak, forgetting beans and rice, tons of salsa when I said no salsa). I have given them several chances and they continue to mess it up and there isn't a customer service number to call or anything so I have never been able to get it fixed and it's just money down the drain.

What a joke. Visited this location for the first time for lunch today. Ordered a Baja bowl. Was asked what meat I wanted. "Grilled chicken," I say. The worker proceeds to put grilled chicken on my Baja bowl. Cool. I get to the register and I'm charged $15 for the bowl. I asked why it was so much when the menu board says it costs $10. It's because I "ordered double chicken." I explained that I never said the word double. That I simply said, grilled chicken. The person at the register and the person who made my food proceed to argue with each other in Spanish, which I don't understand. They bring someone out from the back who continues the Spanish. I don't even know how to defend myself because I don't know what they are saying. Then, in English, the person from the back tells me I ordered double chicken and that the price is correct. I never said the word "double." Besides, if I had said "double chicken," wouldn't the worker have then had to ask me if I meant grilled or shredded? I reiterated one more time that I never requested double chicken, that I only wanted to pay for a Baja bowl with grilled chicken. I said they could make me a new one if it's such a big deal because I don't want to pay $15 for something I didn't order. The person from the back takes the food from me, tells the worker to make me a new one and throws away the perfectly good food. This is something I cannot comprehend. We throw away perfectly good food now because somebody can't interpret "grilled chicken" at a restaurant that serves grilled chicken? I guess when you're a successful chain, you can afford to have crappy employees. Anyway, I left at that point. So ridiculous.

I ordered a salad for the very first time ever eating from Costa Vida and it was terrible. The only good part about it was the steak the salad itself tasted like it was soaked in soapy water, and awful experience that I will never repeat I called to talk to them about it, and they refused to answer the phone.

I’m not one to complain or leave a review but my wife had ordered us dinner tonight and I went and picked it up.When I walked in it was empty. There was a table of about five employees eating at a table and three people behind the counter. They gave me the bags of food and I drove home. When I got home I pulled it out of the bag to give to my kids and was horrified by the lack of food.I took some pictures before my kids ate anything to document the lack of food. The pictures of the quesadillas wrapped in tin foil has nothing under it either. I mean, one has a small splatter of like two beans.Next time I’ll know to check the food before I leave.

Parking: Easy in with a single vehicle. A little tight for a trailer or RV.

Discouraging customers from calling in an order is a dealbreaker. Website/app stink. No desire to "sign up"(Ever heard of "continue as guest"?) and not even close to enough modifiers to place our orders how we like them. Too much technology is unappetizing. Removal of daily specials was also disappointing.
