In drive thru after ordering.... for 30 minutes. 1 car ahead of us nothing has moved.. this is ridiculous. When we finally got our food it was really hot and they gave us free food and ice cream coupons and apologized. Only thing that would make fish better would be tartar sauce on both sides

Unprofessional on the part of the young teens, giggling at everything I was ordering. Also wasn’t paying attention. Went in at 4:25 03/10/2019Edit as of 02/29/2024 7:30pmNo sense of urgency, walking around as if you don’t have 10 customers in the lobby. I understand being packed but being lazy about your work is sad. Kid with glasses and goat t was just outright rude.

Food was decent overall. ALOT of ketchup on the burger but I'm okay with a messy burger. ONLY a few minutes of waiting and I had my food to me. Not to shabby if you want something quick and simple.

Took a long time to get through the drive thru. The chicken strips were small and there was barley any fries thrown in the box. On the plus side, orders were correct and fries were fresh.

Went to get food today on my half hour lunch break, went to the drive threw. I said "hello" threw the intercom twice and no answer! So I went to the window to hopefully order and got ignored threw that toAfter waiting 20 minutes with no service my lunch break was over! Never talked to anyone or got service!!!

I got a pumpkin pie shake or blizzard shall I say.... It was very delicious and packed full of crust and pumpkin flavor however, for the small, it was six dollars and fifty cents and I almost passed out... I have been visiting Dairy Queen all Uber the country since I was a little girl and this is by far the most expensive shake I've ever had.

Blizzards were delicious, however I sat there and watched two young men and a girl make 3 other orders while our blizzards sat there. Just curious if this is what they do every time.

If I could give zero stars I would. The females bathroom smelled like weed and poop. The floors are nasty and sticky clear spills everywhere. Tables weren't cleaned. They forgot my food. The fudge tasted off and some of it had to be remade. It's gross... I've never not been able to finish my food from here and unfortunately I had one chicken strip my food was cold not even warm. The list goes on and on and on.
