This place is not worth a star at all. We went to Dickey's BBQ Pit thinking we would get the ribs that other Dickey's BBQ Pit offers. We are from out of town and were hungry for a good BBQ dinner. We drove up to the NAMPA, ID location and no one was inside, which should have been a sign since the other businesses surrounding Dickey's were busy. There was only one worker in the place. The place was deserted. My husband and I walked in and ordered a BBQ ribs plate and wings. The young girl went to the back of the restaurant and came back out stating that the wings are not available. So we ordered a full plate of ribs to share with a LOADED baked potato with two sides consisting of baked beans and coleslaw. When the food arrived, the "FULLY LOADED" consisted of an overabundance of runny butter and a dollop of sour cream. The BBQ ribs were so overdone and dry that the meat was tough like beef jerky. The ribs came out room temperature which is surprising since we dined in. We tried to make the best of things and picked at the ribs to try to salvage the edible portions of our dinner, but were not able to find much. Very surprising since we ordered a full rack of ribs. Remember that the fully loaded baked potato had so much melted butter that it was potato soup. The potato was not fresh as there were old black spots. Again, trying to make the best of it we picked on the potato. The more we dug into the potato, the more it upset us that this was the quality of food that they sold us with the Dickey's BBQ name associated. The self-service ice/soda machine did not work. The ice came out as a few flakes into our cup. Very disappointing! There were a couple of pickups for deliveries but no one else came in to dine during our time there. We picked up our tray and showed the worker at Dickey's BBQ the product she served us and asked her if this was the best that she could do. She replied to us that there is no manager on duty on a Friday to do anything for us. We were there on a Friday at 5 PM. No manager? Really? The young woman working at Dickie's showed us the rest of the meat that was available for service and it all looked dry and charred. The Dickey's employee serving us had nothing to offer us despite the inedible food she served us. The only thing offered was to leave our information and a manager would call us on Monday (72 hours) when the manager returns. UNBELIEVABLE! I am writing this on Sept 21, 2023, and no on has bothered to call us. After waiting a few days for the call that we expected, we went on to Dickey's BBQ website and placed a complaint for the lack of care and follow-up. We received an automated response from Dickey's BBQ website thanking us for taking the time to review the place. We were detailed in our complaint with pictures and receipt number and date. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED despite reaching out to the store employee and corporate website. STAY AWAY - NO ONE AT DICKEY'S BBQ CARES. Dickey's BBQ took our money though! No refund was offered because the employee was not authorized to give money. She was only able to take our money. Long winded, but BUYER BEWARE!

Never order door dash from here. Tryed three times and always forget drinks and sides. Absolutely pointless!!!!!!

This has been the worst experience I have had with this restaurant in Nampa. Ordered a 3 serving chicken plate. The restaurant refused to take our Dickies gift card and said that their system was not up to taking it. No ice in the soda machine. Forgot to give us the rolls that is part of the meal and when we got them they were greasy and cold. I think those rolls needed to be heated up in the oven for a few minutes before we get them. I used to love their ice cream machine but they don't have it any more. Meal cost about $40. Never again.

Definitely a good place to eat it's a little middle priced ranged but it's really good and it's worth it and they have specials but there's their stuff is extremely tasty highly recommend this store absolutely.

This place is a joke. First thing we noticed is how slow it was and how many tables needed cleaned and the trays taken into the back while the employees weren’t doing anything. Got up to order and noticed many of the items were covered in white duct tape. Then went to go get drinks and had to ask the employee to refill the ice since it was empty and got a lot of attitude from her. There were no ladles for the bbq sauce and had to use a spoon, which the employee had walked past the sauces going to the bathroom and didn’t do or say anything. And then I went into the restroom ( which the employee just came from) and walked right back out because the sink is out of order. So customers are unable to wash their hands but so are the employees. This whole express unpleasant and I won’t be back.

Wow just close the doors already half of the menu is duct taped. There was no in the parking lot that should of told us everything. The soda machine was busted and no ice the seats were falling apart. The food was ok but not enough to go back, you would be better off just going drive up only. I wish I owned it I would have a little more pride in my product.

Ordered curbside so I wouldn’t have to go in and still ended up having to go in anyway. since my order was wrapped in plastic wrap, I didn’t open it in the parking lot And when I get home, there’s no barbecue sauce on the barbecued ribs that I ordered. Have called four times on four different days and 6 days later still can’t reach a manager.

Food was great, as always. Made a large order ($100+) for a family of six, and the employees couldn’t be more unprofessional. Unhelpful and disrespectful when guests ask questions about the meals and sides. I would expect that kind of attitude in California, but not in Nampa. How unfortunate. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We ordered a pull pork sandwich, half rack of ribs. Everything was cold even the sides that we're suppose to be hot as we'll.

The food was dry and awful! Super small amounts for the money spent. Would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered the brisket plate and the best thing about this plate was the french fries, followed by the coleslaw. Sadly, the name of this restaurant is not Dickies, french fries and coleslaw. It's Dickeys BARBEQUE Pit! The brisket was incorrectly cut and served in cubes of all things, instead of sliced cross grain, which made the otherwise tender brisket very dry. The roll that came with the meal, was inedible. It was either baked several days earlier or not allowed to rise before it was baked, but it was, like I said, inedible. Very disappointing. Bot oh those fries!...

We called in a pick up order tonight, our food was cold, not prepared the way it should have been. We had a smoke house salad in our order and my whole box was soaked from water from the lettuce, it was missing onion tangles and barley any cheese. Personally I like curtons with my salads too so to not even be asked if I wanted some or just put on top was disappointing. My meat also wasn’t chopped up very well and very fatty. As someone who worked with dickeys in the past, I know they can be better than this, this was just extremely disappointing

Ordered chicken wings with sweet barbeque sauce for delivery. The meat was so dry and hard I can only figure it had been sitting under a heating lamp for hours, and the "sweet" sauce tasted like vinegar. I thought I would try Dickey's one more time and, sadly, it was, again, the worst BBQ I've ever eaten. Do not recommend. You can get better, cheaper at your nearby pizza delivery restaurant.
