I normally frequent the 12th Ave Dutch. However, this is my second favorite location. Never any issues with my drinks. Everyone is always in good spirits, and the vibe is always chill and relaxed, which I appreciate, and I love that lemon poppy seed muffin! What I wish they would add is an apple crumble muffin top or coffee cakes.

This is my favorite Dutch Bros. It's always quick. Someone mentioned being upset at the drawings on the cups. My sister and I actually love seeing them! Makes us smile. We have even asked for jokes on our cups before.

I normally go to this stand but today was the last day I do, the service I had today was absolutely horrible, the barista I had always gets my order wrong and I ended up getting charged more today and they didn't give me a refund and they all made a big deal out of me telling them that my order was wrong. Disgusted.

These employees leaving distasteful drawings and notes on drinks.I work for a Reshab company and my client got upset over his cup, he did take it personal as though he was being made fun of.As we left I overheard "Did she look at it" and "We gotta stop doing this to customers" so we aren't the only ones this was done to.Whether it was intentional or NOT the lack of consideration or thought process is ridiculous.DO BETTER.

I am so freaking tired of how you do business. Okay, so you have an app and it has a button right on there to add a tip (if you want)! I can turn this on or off! So why then do you ask if I want to "leave a tip", "tip or skip", etc.??? When I have it off, STOP ASKING IF I WANT TO TIP! I OBVIOUSLY DON'T, AT THAT TIME! When I have it on, I want to leave a tip! And the amount is already chosen! STOP BEING GREEDY!

Some of the employees have the rudest, nastiest most abhorrent behavior I’ve ever experienced, anywhere!Maybe because I don’t tip $5 a cup or because I’m not a “regular” maybe it’s my race or my gender, I don’t know, I’m left guessing, but if I ever disrespected someone like some of these people have, I’d have been fired on the spot!It’s as if one person doesn’t like you, the entire work group doesn’t like you. Very cliquish and demeaning to the very people keeping them employed!There could be 4 people in line and they look at me and turn around and walk the other way, then come back after I’ve reached the window and help the person behind me.Every. Single. Time!It’s rude and disrespectful! Whatever the reason, I’m there for coffee not social hour so at least take my order!

I decided to try the Dutch love latte but after one sip of this drink I felt like I was going to throw up, It tasted like butter mixed with milk and sugar.After paying 12$ I really thought I was going to get something edible, but I got the complete opposite

We are at Dutch daily and generally order the same drinks. We were there today and one of our drinks was made completely wrong so we asked them to fix it and the staff did nothing but argue with us. We have never been treated so rudely at Dutch. I will never go back to the Orchard stand.

Ordered 2 products, a coffee, and a hot chocolate. The coffee was excellent. The hot chocolate was ordered drinkable but came almost cold. I drank most of it because I paid for it. Next time, I'll just order it normal and put my own ingredients in it to cool it off. It has to be difficult to please everyone.
