I’m sorry, I ordered a cake for my grandmas birthday. I showed up and they told me they never made my order, they gave me a random cake and it was thres leches (my family does not like that kind) but they took my money and didn’t even offer me a discount. Worst experience I’ve ever had and honestly we just threw the cake away.

THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Called them to place an order for a cake, DID NOT EVEN MAKE IT! I called 3 days in advance and they took the order then when I got there today, they said "oh sorry we didn't make it" then I specifically asked for a plain white cake and they gave me TRES LECHES! Like what outrage is this never asked for this because my family hates it! Suarez is very unprofessional and I'm very upset with the service. This company should really live up to the word. Family event is ruined thanks Suarez. Never going there again
