Worst service ever! I asked for drinks when we placed our order. We got our food before our drinks and food came in a timely manner, however when I asked about our drinks for the third time I got push back about how busy they were and how our food took longer then expected because we had a special order (we did not have a special order). That didn't address my drink concern. I asked for our drinks 3 times with two different people over 40 minutes. This is the third time I've had poor service and I refuse to go back to this location. The staff is unkind, pushy, and defensive. I get being short staffed but it doesn't give them reason to be rude to customers.

Had to ask someone for a menu. Waitstaff kept walking by without acknowledging me. Had to ask 2x for water. Food was tasty but portion could have been a little bigger.

Waited 12 minutes before being seated with very few people in there and no one waiting. Ordered the plater which was not good at all I had made the waitress aware that this was not good ave she looked at me and said everyone has their own opinion did not say sorry or anything just rude. I asked for a manager who was not in so she wrote a fake number and handed it to me then walked away. Absolutely baffled. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant.
We got a fajita for two, the plate was mostly green bell peppers, the little bit of meat that was on the plate was burnt, and the salsa was horrible.

We were with some friends table of eight. We arrived on a Friday 4:30 in the afternoon. There's only one waitress working and she was overwhelmed so we waited a bit. About 5 o'clock her help arrived. After that the service was great. My husband and I both ordered a chicken quesadilla $14, and it arrived hot off the grill and was delicious, portions were generous. All of our group ate off the left side of the menu. They had a right side menu that I guess was more specialized and the prices were quite high. My only would be to say that the chairs were absolutely uncomfortable, rigid straight back chairs with no cushion at all Was very uncomfortable for our older group, but I would definitely return.

Went in for dinner tonight it took 5 min for the host to even seat us and notice us then we got seated and we sat at the table for ten min didn’t get drinks or anything so we left and went chapala where we got seated right away and got our drinks and everything with in the first 5 min being at

Get to a table and sat for 10 minutes without any waitstaff coming to us to ask what we want to drink, no chips and salsa brought to us at all. After 10 minutes we left and went to Chapala. Got seated right away. Got chips and salsa right away and got drinks right away. Goes to show who has better sevice. Thanks Chapala!!!
Wonderful place. Delicious food, and our server Ninfa was amazing! She genuinely cared about our experience and was a joy to speak to. I highly recommend this place. The floors and bathrooms were very clean.
