Visited the getaway on a Wednesday. The atmosphere was great so we're the drinks. My only complaint was I ordered a burger and fries and an hour passed and I still hadn't received my food. I eventually left telling the server to give my order to another patron. Now To be fair, I was told Wednesdays is their burger and fry special. But if you know you're running this special then you should probably have enough staff on hand to handle orders. In taking to the patrons sitting next to me which were roughly 8 other people they took had been waiting longer than me for their burger and fry special.

Been making this our new local bar since we just moved up the road.I haven't had a bad drink or bit of food yet!
A great hangout for locals and out of towners. Friendly wait staff and bartenders. Definitely recommended for everyone. A DJ and dancing at 9 pm takes it over the top. Will be back.

Literally love coming here when it’s slower at night. One of the few places open later on weekdays. The bartender is so accommodating and kind, giving my husband the 3 cokes and 1 shot of rum to split between his drinks for his rum and coke. She always is so sweet to me as well!

Horrible experience! The bartenders switched shifts and the guy that came in had an personal issue from the past with one of the girls we were with, so he told our whole group that we had to leave “his bar” and then called the police on us and told them we were refusing to leave! We were not! We only asked him why he was kicking us out and we wanted to finish our food and drinks that we paid for. Needless to say, I’ll never be going back here again. This bartender was on some kind of power trip. I’ve never been treated like that at any restaurant or bar and they definitely lost us as customers!

Service was terrible. Food is mediocre. we were sitting in the corner eating food and having a few beers when the bartenders switched shifts. The guy that came in had a personal issue with one of the girls that was with us, so he told our whole group we had to leave "his bar" and then called the police on us!! We didn't even get to finish our food! He told the police that we were refusing to leave--which we were not--we just asked him why he was kicking us out and he didn't have an answer. I've never been treated like that at any restaurant or bar and we will never go back to this place again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going here either.
