I have been on a pretty restricted diet for quite a few years and always have the hardest time finding a place to eat that meets all of my dietary restrictions. A co-worker of mine told me about Gluten Free Galaxy a couple of weeks ago and after one visit I was hooked. Not only is everything made fresh and by hand but you can taste the quality in the food. I'm blown away. After I made a mistake on my order, they were so helpful and really went above and beyond for us. I didn't realize they were going to get us our order for the holiday, but they really did. I'm amazed, I'm crying. I get to have the most gorgeous rolls with our Thanksgiving dinner and they are truly my heroes. Also, their lemon blueberry muffin is a revelation!
I really, really love their ability to make corn free and gluten free options! They’re super friendly and helpful with any concerns! What got me is honestly how expensive it was. And TRUST me. I know how expensive it is to eat anywhere (even at home) with a gluten and corn intolerance. ITS TOUGH. but I purchased a regular round pan of 4- take and bake cinnamon rolls and it was almost $30.... $27 and some change. So I was shocked.
