I've been eating HT at various locations with the one on Ten Mile and Franklin being my favorite. I recently ordered $70 worth of food at the nampa location and the had the nerve to charge me for sauce packets! I've never been asked to pay for sauce packets at any of the locations. They will always give you a few packets free, but not this location. I spend $70 and they can't spare a couple of sauce packets.???Last time I ever go to this location, EVER!!Oh don't forget the tip just for ri ginger up the order! WHAT A JOKE!

The Boba here SUCKS! There’s about as much flavor as plain rice. My guess is that the employees are required to fill up the cup with as much ice as they can.

First time here, decent spot for takeout. The bowls are a little small and the combos seem too expensive but the food we had was good. Not a lot of places to get tofu around here, and the tofu had like a tempura batter that was pretty good though could have been a little crunchier. The veggies on the side were really raw, assume they were supposed to be steamed.

Fantastic place for a fresh, delicious and fairly quick meal!! The environment created by the owner is very friendly and HAPPY! We took our kids, spilled multiple drinks, made way too much noise, and the guy just kept coming out with a smile to help us. He brought us cookies and treats after dinner. Very warm, yummy and welcoming restaurant!

Completely overpriced for the quality and portion of food. Go to Texas Roadhouse or literally any other ACTUAL restaurant.
I would not recommend this place. $18-$20 for a small plate mostly consisting of rice and veggies is NOT worth it. Go to Brick 29 instead or Texas Roadhouse if you're willing to pay that much because at least that way you'll get more bang for your buck. Sauces are an extra dollar! So insane

This location knows how to treat customers and does the job well. Their food is portioned right, and flavors are consistent. I have traveled extra distance to this location past the two closer to me on 12th and on Idaho Center.
