A month later we still cannot stop talking about how AMAZING the food, staff, and experience with Horsewood was. They were able to work with our short timeline for our small wedding and planning with Bailey leading up to the day was so fun and easy! We wanted to make the day stress free for our families and not have to worry about hauling food and groceries up to the mountains. Horsewood had incredible lunch options (huge sandwiches with a salad chips and cookie). The short ribs for our main dinner were the best I’ve ever had and every side was amazing (coming from an incredibly picky eater). And the s’mores with hand made graham crackers, chocolate and their awesome flavored marshmallows were to die for. You can truly taste the love and care they put into every meal, side, dessert. Cannot recommend enough!

When I say everyone was talking about the food, I mean everyone! From the correspondence, to the tasting, to the presentation, everything was amazing! They were very accommodating to allergies/food preferences. A couple of family members are vegan and they said it was absolutely delicious. My friends and I are plotting anyway for us to eat their food again. One of my bridesmaids loved it so much she hired them for an event she had. I'm sad that I can't eat this meal every day for the rest of my life!

The vanilla basil vinaigrette in the peaceful belly salad, the jalapeño mac and cheese, tri tip, homemade sourdough and a late night snack of corn dogs! Everything was delicious and so beautifully presented. We are going to order a holiday meal just so we can experience it again!

Additionally, they are dedicating to helping your event run smoothly -- for us, they helped with take down and rental dish cleaning, and more. Horsewood Catering was a jack-of-all-trades in the services they provided and their work was invaluable to making sure our wedding ran smoothly.But beyond the logistical pieces, Horsewood's food was BELOVED by our wedding guests. Without fail, one of the biggest pieces of feedback we received from our guests was how delicious the food was. It was beautifully presented, so guests feel appreciated and photographers can snap a few shots to capture the aesthetic of your event. And their set up is photo-worthy! We ordered the Thanksgiving meal and it was delicious. The directions were easy to follow for reheating and they supplied everything we needed to make the meal complete. We had both ham and turkey in the meal, along with all the sides. The apple pie was amazing and had a wonderful crumb topping. It even had a dough cut out of Idaho on top. I highly recommend Horsewood Catering.
