Worst Jack in the Box location I have ever been to... bar none. The people working there are as incompetent as they come. TERRIBLE at the drive thru. TERRIBLE when walking inside. Last time I visited (about 2 weeks ago) I went inside as I was tired of getting screwed at the drive thru and it took 30 damn minutes to get my order... during which time not one but TWO drive-thru customers came in ranting about their 20+ minute wait outside in a parking spot. Utter incompetence. If the other Jack in the Box on Garrity wasn't twice the distance from me, I'd go there exclusively.UPDATED 3/31/24 - These people are still simply incapable of getting a drive-thru order right. CHECK YOUR ORDERS. I bet they mess up at least 40% of the time (and no, I am not exaggerating... they are just that bad).

They were super slow with service and they were not busy, we had to pull into a parking space to wait for our food 2 tacos and a small fry, there was nobody behind us and 2 other people ahead of us, and nobody inside,, they got the 2 ahead of us taken care of really fast but we had to wait for 15 minutes for such a small order and no appology... way to slow of service especially with a crying baby in the car, I will avoid this location as much as possible.

Honestly this place is extremely mid. Every time I’ve gotten food it’s been less than good. Nothing inherently wrong but nothing I would ever get again. The staff seems so annoyed at the drive through whenever I’ve come through (typically around 12-1 am as the other places are closed). I get it, I work nights and get bored/tired, but I always put on the customer service face and push through it during that customer interaction. Doesn’t feel worth coming back here again which is unfortunate because it’s 24 hrs

Went thru mobile app, ordered food, went and got food because I was in a rush, I confirmed with lady at the window everything was in the bag, sauces and all, got almost all the way to boise before I opened the bag and 2 of 3 sandwiches didn't have patties only lettuce 1 pickle slice and 1 slice of tomato, spent 40 mins calling the restaurant to get nowhere as I never had anyone pick up the phone! So thx for ruining my kids and mines dinner!!

After having ordered one of those new chicken wraps. They had completely forgotten to even put the chicken into my wrap. Then when I came in to ask them to make it right. The chicken was hard, dry, and not even warm. Customer service was a little lame too. Just like another day on the job. Overall food was what I was most irritated by and I have officially deleted the app from my phone and will not be purchasing from them anymore.

It was bad, went there to get an order and they messed it, they were wearing headphones and not listening at all so I noticed when I got home I got chicken nuggets and fries (which was cold) instead of my 16 combo, went back to get it again and it was wrong once again, they got it right the third time, it was a terrible experience and they don’t listen at all with headphones in.
