Tonight when I visited KFC, it was a very different experience than I usually get when I go to this location a young lady named Alexis helped me and she was so sweet, very professional. My food is ready very quickly. It was a great visit.

We went here for the A&W side of the restaurant. We used to live in a small town that had a small town A&W in it, they are not to compare. The A&W found in a KFC just isn't the same in quantity, it's worse. Probably wont ever go there again. The burgers just aren't the same in flavor and quality. Next time we want KFC, we will just make the long drive back to the small town to get some of that good old A&W that we know is much better.

Ordered delivery. Spent $25 for drumsticks, gravy and biscuits. However, the four drumsticks I received were small and dry like they'd been sitting out for quite awhile. Not happy at all with the amount I spent and will not be getting food from this store again!!

More people should take time to Eat In!❤️ Eat in Loval‼️ Wonderful Experience on 2-15-2024. Very Friendly Staff, Food was excellent. Love the boxes they serve the meals in, not just thrown on a tray! Overall great experience, only all booths by window were taken or unclean, otherwise ???? Thank you Staff, KFC Main St. Nampa ID ❤️?

So I ordered 2 piece dark meat. First the lady overcharges me and then argues with me. I asked for the manager and she gave me a refund. I get my chicken and as the girl is handing me my bag I say Dark meat? And she answered yes. I drive clear to my house sit down to eat, Open box and it is White meat. I tried to call the store but there was no answer so I packed up the bag and drove clear back to the store on the other side of town from me. On my way over I tried to call again and again no answer. When I get to the store I have to wait from 6:19 to 6:45 to get my dark meat. Have I said I really don't like white meat or I would have stuck with what I had. Needless to say this is a super disappointing transaction.
