Went here to get a pizza and they told me 20 minutes. I came and then they told me it would be 10 minutes. Waited 15 and then they told me 10 more minutes. I am sitting here waiting and writing this when they gave me an uncooked pizza.

Got here today right before 6, it's obviously going to be busy, especially for how small the place is. The staff was doing their best to keep up, take orders and help out each other.I didn't get the dipping sauce I asked for, but I honestly didn't even think about that until I got home and its like, one small dipping sauce so not a big deal.I probably would have remembered but there was a situation with a customer who was testing everyone's patience and not being the nicest. It was handled nicely by the staff and they were doing their best to provide a good service even then as I was leaving as I felt rushed and didn't want to add more stress.I do hope the workers can get a decent break, they were working very hard and even with how busy it was, the food was good. I'll be coming back.

I have a hard time with this particular location because they have undercooked the pizzas several times. Once I ordered a deep dish and even that was undercooked. I didn't realize it till I got home, and my husband called them about it. They were willing to replace the pizza, but I opted out of it because I was tired already. I still go to this location and buy pizza from here, it's just annoying when the crust is so thin that it makes the pizza soggy or the pizza is undercooked.

They don't have a whole lot of parking. But with that said, I used to get very ill from little Ceasars. I think it may have been the location I was ordering from. Because I have been using this location for over A year now and have yet to get sick. Thank you Little Ceasars pizza

Edit** i spoke too soon :(. I asked for extra crazy crazy bread (extra butter and cheese) my bread was very dry. They gave me the butter in the side instead of just putting it on my bread. Customer service is great. I just would like my bread made the way requested and my marinara sauce next time. It really ruins the craving not getting what I ask for it may sound needy or picky I'm sorry but it's just frustrating.I just want to give a huge shout out to Sonya and David! They really have set the bar here for customer service and satisfaction! This pregnant momma gets a hankering for the crazy bread here and I usually have a hard time every time I ask for extra crazy and they without skipping a beat give me exactly what I ask for! I'm an extremely happy momma! Thank you Sonya and David you are awesome!
