These guys are amazing. The food is always great but the service is even better. I ordered four country burritos that weighs probably 10 pounds lol and the gentleman handed it out the window and I was stupid and grabbed the bag itself to the bag and the bag, tour and dumped all the food on the ground and he turned right around and made me four more more without questioning anything. Great for service highly recommend.

REFUSED TO MAKE OUR ORDER! We were ordering and delivering for Uber Eats. The dining area was closed at 5pm on a Saturday, so we had to use the drive-thru. When we got to the speaker, we told them we were with Uber Eats, and they said, "We don't do orders for them." We said we were placing the order and paying, and they repeated, "We don't do those." We asked, "Can't we order?" and waited, getting no response. After a minute, convinced they were now ignoring us, we left and had to cancel our customer's order.

Came by two different days to visit the drive thru. Came an hour before close the other day and they were closed, people were in the back looking at us weird. Today they close at 2am. It is 10pm and they are closed. If these aren’t the correct hours, change them. This is ridiculous honestly.

Not always one to fly a horrible review, but I have never been more disgusted and treated poorly than tonight at Los Betos on Idaho Center BLVD, in Nampa. Pulled up to their menu board as we have done several times, open sign on, drive thru open sign on. Talking amungst my wife and daughter regarding what burrito they want and a voice come across, “We aren’t taking any orders right now.” I asked well then why is your sign on? Then I got told “Don’t worry about it! Take a break.” Who the heck even remotely treats customers that have specifically driven to your location like this! Never again will I return… Completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior from ANYONE representing ANY business!

I went there a few times and had bad service. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the last time I went there, not only was the cashier rude, but my carne asada burrito meat was dry and crusty. I have now only gone to the other Los Betos ever since even though it’s further away.

This is the worst restaurant on the planet. Would not recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t feed this stuff to my dog. Their customer service would get a negative 10 stars if I could. All other los betos are generally great.
Everytime we go here something is wrong with our food, or something doesn't taste right/isn't fully cooked. Would rather take the extra time to drive to one of the other betos locations here for better food and service.

The food here was good. My husband and I both had large pieces of fatty rubbery meat in our burritos which was a turn off but it wasn't throughout the entire burrito. The staff seems nice but both times we've gone, there has been communication issues and a lack of patience on their behalf. I'm bilingual but ordered in English and everything was fine they just seemed impatient. Both times we ordered it was NOT rush hour. Very low key times. Overall I was satisfied with our experience. I would return. Not sure why so many people are angry about 24/7 service. Just move on and go to McDs or somewhere else. No need to give the restaurant 1 star for such a tiny thing.
