Not happy at all. Salad bar empty pizza blan and customer service terrible. Asked the order taker what we should order and he said what ever you feel like. We tried to encourage him to tell us in his opinion what was good, not a chance! We asked to put garlic on the pizza and he said I don't know if we have it. Spent close to $40 and won't be going back sorry to say.

Monday, March 18th, about 12:30, my brother and I took our 91 year old mother for lunch here. She loved the Rueben sandwiches before the change of owners 1 1/2 years ago. When I ordered a pastrami sandwich I was told they were out of pastrami so I selected the meat ball sandwich. As we waited my mother stated she thought she would like to try their pizza too, so my brother ordered their 7" and was told they were out of them so he ordered a 12". Later the sweet waitress came out and said they mixed up our order and we had to re order. She then came out and told my mom that they were out of corned beef and could they substitute pastrami. I said wait, I was told you were out of pastrami and she said they now have it so I told her I'd rather have my original order, pastrami, not the meatball and my mother said to just cancel the Rueben all together. After a 50 min wait they brought out our order and I asked for my money for the Reuben and was told they put the meatball in so no refund. Our order was to go so I just said fine and we were leaving when the owner/manager asked what the problem was. He then kept telling us that they had the same recipes as previous owner, which wasn't the problem. He then said they had such a rush on the Rueben sandwiches the day before because of St. Patricks day and that is why they were out. He went on to throw his staff under the bus saying they were new and didn't know what they were doing. It's the managements responsibility to train their staff. After a somewhat heated exchange with my brother and the manager repeating his excuses we made our exit. On the way out, 2 patrons gave my brother the thumbs up in agreement. Also, I noticed the hours of Mancinos and they were CLOSED Sunday, which was St. Patricks day. How could they have sold out of corned beef on the St. Patricks Day when they were closed? Ultimately, the Pastrami was inedible, as was the cold soggy meat ball and the pizza was undercooked. Nitpicky side note, my mother also loved getting pickles which came with her sandwich before the change of ownership but non were given this time. This Owner is shameful. We will not be back and will share out experience with others.

We've been longtime customers of Mancino's (all locations) , but this is our first visit since the new owners in Nampa. And, I must admit, it's not the same unfortunately. We ordered sandwiches -- 1 they didn't have the supplies, so had to pick something else, along with the bread was dry and crumbly, cheese was like rubber, and meat was skimpy. So disappointed, and probably will not return.

Used to order from here all the time,with all the updates they have been making fine cool y'all are expanding but I will say the website update it trash! Prices and ordering is so confusing I didn't even complete an order the way you guys updated that sandwich process makes it not worth it ,the prices made no sense either ?

Pizza was the worst I've ever had. Phylly cheesesteak was terrible. Clam chowder was really potato chowder with a half cup of corn starch for thickner. Service was non existent. We will never go back.

I miss the old Mancinos sandwiches. The bread is lacking flavor and the crunchy texture it use to have.
