This is probably the best Mongolian restaurant around as far as food, but the staff could interact with the customers some. Just speaking their own language and cooking, it seems like we are an inconvenience.

Honestly, over the years we can all agree a lot of food places quality has diminished after covid, with new policies and regulations, i've been going to mongolian for years, and up until about 3 years ago this location was the best, and the food was delicious, just make sure you don't inconvenience the people working the grill, if you do they will make sure that half of it falls into the ground, or in the food trap, and they will spill half of the sauce with it, and proceed to pour half of a pitcher of water on it, and i while i sat and watched my food mix with the other persons who's food is also being made. they will glare at you, and throw your food on the counter and i feel terrible for the wonderful young waitresses because they have to put up with the aftermath, this location is not what it used to be and i personally believe that the customer service sucks. i will stick with the other nampa location edit: the noodles were undercooked as well, very disappointing

Sad had a bad experience coming back to town from a few years. Took my girlfriend to an old favorite. Our glasses had black specs in them. And I was told it's from tray, but you can definitely tell it was just not cleaned properly cause how much was in there? The waitress rarely walked by even passed us to bring others condiments and the complimentary rice bowl.

Great service. They always have good food and its clean to they bring fresh ones out they always greet us with a smile but I do not like how they stick their finger in the bowl to pick it up it is not hot so they can pick it up by the bottom I dont know if it is required but ya overall pretty great.

Been coming to this Mongolian since I was a child. Service, is always phenomenal. Food is amazing. It's even better when you get to eat what you make! The restaurant is not too loud, but not too quiet. No dress code either. I have seen Prom/Hoco people come and eat while in their outfits. Will always recommend, and will continue to be a regular customer!

I made my bowl, and someone behind me had used jalapeños. I was unable to even eat it due to the burning on my lips. When I told the girls in the back, they told me to make another bowl. After making another bowl, the cook at the grill was very rude, and when I asked to cook extra, he gave me attitude. The man who was to be our waiter was one who is pictured in some of the pictures who is also very rude. He argued about the dish being too spicy and how they clean the grill. Wow, I'm afraid that this place deserves a 0 stars. We won't be back. We will go to the cleaner, more inviting Mongolian on Garrity. Don't give this place your business unless you like to be talked down to and treated like second garbage.
