I love me some papa Murphy, I bought a Calzone for the first time tonight 4/2/2024 at about 4:30 ish on line order. Spent about $10 on this little calzone that was about the size of a medium slice of pizza......BOOO hisses, won't do that again.....

Ordered pizza and they left a topping off. Had to bring back cooked or all I got was 2 dollars off next visit. Manager was not cooperative at all. Will not recommend again. The bad thing is I tipped the super nice girl and Manager made experience awful.

Been sick from Papa Murphy's the last 3 times I've had it, doesn't matter what location. Not sure what you put in your pizzas but I end up with food poisoning every time.

This is a regular Tuesday routine for us most weeks.
I want to give kudos on New Year’s Day to the two people working in there. They had so many orders, and it was such a busy day. You could see they had so much going on yet they maintained composure and were so polite and did a great job on the pizzas.
The 12th Ave Papa Murpheys location has the most cheerful, kind, hardworking team I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and being served by. They're always precise with their orders and take the time to make you feel welcomed and appreciated each time you stop in. Alean and his crew are above average in everything they do. I'll go out of my way to have this team prepare my order because they always give 200%! When I had a negative experience at a different Papa Murpheys location, the district Manger offered to compensate me with a free meal at any location of my choosing. I chose the 12th location because no team compares to Alean and his team. Once again they exceeded my expectations!

I went here on Christmas Eve to grab my call in order. They closed at 6 so I was showed up at 5:45 to grab my pizzas and no one was there. I was walking up to the door and a young man ran from the back of the store locked the door and ran back to the back room. He didn’t open and say anything to me he just locked the door and ran away. When I called to order my pizzas they were very rude and kept laughing and talking to their other co-worker I have been getting my pizzas from them for years but today they have just lost me as a customer.
