Where shall I begin...I ordered online to have my order ready at 5 PM. Before leaving to pickup my order I double checked online to see a status of "Completed" & went to pickup my order. I got there at 5:10 PM...my order was NOT ready as a matter of fact I was told by an employee- Marianna that it would be a few minutes. About 15 minutes of waiting another employee pulled my order out of the fridge (it was ready, however, Marianna couldn't be bothered to check she was too busy helping people that WALKED in to order. In other words I NEVER should've had to wait. Needless to say I will be calling a Manager tomorrow AM!

Ordered pizza at the store along with monkey bread and salad. Young girl hands me my pizza and nothing else. I had to ask for my salad and bread. Then she didn't give me the extra sauce that I ordered or the sauce that comes with the money bread. So I got home with only 2 instead of 3 sauces. I also observed the young boy that was working go around moving soda bottles with his gloves on and then went back to making pizza. We probably will never go back to this one! This also is not the first time we have had issues at this location!

This place is disgusting. Pictures are of the dumpster and of the general manger standing in front of the dumpster taking a break and not caring about the trash literally thrown all over the parking lot. The food trash being thrown around is causing a rat problem to the neighboring businesses. I talked to the manager Raul and he didn't care. I would not get pizza from this place, disgusting!!

They knew that I was there for a pizza that was ordered and paid for on line but ignored me until the manager informed me that they were out of one of the toppings for the pizza. This took approximately 20 minutes and were servicing people who had arrived after me and had not pre ordered. Very poor customer service. I will go to another store in the future.

I love this location and come often but the girl who was working on Sunday, Oct. 22 was absolutely rude. I called two hours ahead of time and ordered three pizzas. She quoted me forty five minutes. When I arrived she didn’t even have them done. When questioned why they were not ready she sounded exasperated and exclaimed “there is only two of us”. Management either needs to change this, change how pizza orders are made during high service times or needs to discuss customer service with some of their employees.
Always liked the idea of Papa Murphy's they provide freshly baked pizza at home. I want them to always upgrade their ingredients and dough and sauce so that way it's comparable to round table or Idaho pizza company besides that great customer service great prices and I love the coupons that they send out

This location was doing really good until last night. We ordered dinner and one of the gals working Neveah was absolutely rude and very snotty towards us. When asked to make what we ordered, she was very upset and was slamming down things in the kitchen and had a nasty attitude. Nothing was ready when we got there expect our big pizza when we ordered 2 other things. When we left she rudely said "you have a great rest of your night". Her customer service skills really need some working on. Horrible experience last night. They also stretched the dough way too thin to where we couldn't bake it like instructed and there was sauce all over the bottom of the cardboard pan.. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if you can, unless you want to deal with rude customers who don't know what good customer service is.
