I would like to specifically address the manager of the Papa Murphy's on Garrity.Having to leave 1 star insinuates that 1 star was earned.If you are willing to read this you can decide for yourself if 1 star is appropriate.We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes which was somewhat expected. Once we made it to the window we watched the worker at the window help person after person at the register. I find it difficult to believe that she didn't think anyone was in the drive thru.No one was making pizzas. One worker was stocking cheese, another was on his phone.After the register worker helped 5 people at the counter she opened the window and apologized. We gave her our name and she asked us if we prepaid online which we had (I have the receipt via email). She went to gather the pizza. She said she couldn't find it. She looked in the system and still couldn't find it. My frustration was quite high at this point so we left. My wife called the store to ask for a refund and we were informed that that it was not possible because there was no manager at the store for the rest of the day.This may be a blessing since we went to a competitor that we hadn't tried and was very pleased. We will definitely be back to the new find.Now I know that Papa Murphy's will not miss my business and I'm also not expecting anything to come from this but we spent a total of $60 for 1 large pizza. That could be painful for some and is hopefully considered unacceptable by the store manager.Thoughts on the 1 star?

There is someone there that makes great pizzas where the crust has a full coverage of topping. And then there is someone who piles all the toppings in the middle and even when I spread them out myself there isn’t enough to cover the crust. Really disappointing

Placed an online order at 2:15. Showed up at 3:00 and it wasn’t even started yet. There were 3 people working but 2 were in the back goofing off, 1 was making all the pizzas. There was a line at the drive thru and 3 groups of people in the lobby. It was a hot mess in there. Waited 30 minutes to get our pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous.

Least efficiently run restaurant I have ever seen. Dude was on his phone and rearranging shelves while there was one person on the line with 12 pizzas, and 4 people in the waiting room. I witnessed two people cancel their orders in n 10 minutes and the employee with the goatee continued to do essentially nothing productive at all. I was amazed at the lack of efficiency. Wouldn’t reccomend.

Nothing fast about this food. Spent 30 minutes waiting in the lobby while my family was in the car to pick up my online order. Was told that my order was on the line still. No pep in the step of the employees. More customers waiting in the lobby than there were employees on the line. Had to cancel my order and go elsewhere. Who knows if they will actually refund me my money. Save your money and go to Wendy's for speed, or Firehouse Subs for actual customer service.

Went to get our pizza that we ordered on the app and it hadn't even been looked at. No problem they were busy. Paid for our order then waited. Again no problem it was busy. Sat and waited and watched lots of pizza being made but no sign of our order. An hour later we were finally able to ask someone where our order was and they looked dumfounded that we were still waiting. It had been made and put on the wrong rack. They really need to be aware of their surroundings and actually talk to the customers that are waiting. Pizza was okay so that's why I gave them another star.
We got a couple pizzas from here for the first time. Got them home, they smelt great even before we baked them. Didn't take long at all in the oven. Tasted great. Kids even said pizza was awesome. Looking forward to getting pizza from here again.

I'm out now until they decide to get some food flavoring ie BUTTER!!!AND what happened to the cookie dough?Wheelchair accessibility: Only parking in front of the store.
I hate leaving bad reviews and I’m not a complainer. However, these days it costs a lot of money to eat out. We spent $60 for some pizzas and got home to see they were made wrong. We were clear on the ordering and even the tickets are correct. One said no mushrooms and the pizza was literally loaded with them. The other was a Pepperoni and olive and they didn’t put olives on it.

I order my pizzas online, and go pick them up 30-45 minutes later when it says they'll be ready by... tell me why I showed up 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to be ready (and weren't) and the was a Parking lot full of people waiting for their pizzas as well...the drive thru line around the building, people in the store waiting... good thing I didn't show up on time. I still waited 30 minutes for an order I had placed 2 hours prior... no explanation... I let them know I needed to be somewhere they asked me to park in the Already full lot.. when I noticed other people in their vehicles waiting 15-minutes and still not getting their orders I realized I had made a mistake in going there that day. Lots of people looking at their watches, going into the building and coming out empty handed to wait some more... I don't understand. By the time I got my order I just wanted to leave. The order was wrong too.
