Service is always so great but I recently tried to do an online order and I apparently chose the wrong item and didn’t realize until I picked it up. Without even questioning me they just remade my meal for me. I am very satisfied with my service as always. Thank you!

I was over, all pleased with our experience here because of the girl who helped us her name was Patience. The other girl on shift with her on Thursday evening was very rude. And when asked to help with our order Because we had a lot that we were ordering. She rudely asked the young lady helping us if she "could handle it because it was only one order" we were not in a rush but with of them helping would have made out almost 25 minutes of waiting alot quicker. The young lady helping us was very sweet and made all of our food so well!! Her burrito Technique was awesome! She mixed everything before folding it and they were so good! The other girl on the shift was blonde with glasses she was rude to us and after leaving to avoid helping she came out to complete an online order and rudely got in way of what Patience was doing, reaching over her while she was trying to make our food. Please give the girl that helped us some praise she handled that rude girl so professionally! I hope she is always the one to help me when I come In!
The one in meridian tasted a lot better than in Nampa.

This location is always hit and miss. Sometimes it's clean, sometimes it's like nobody has cleaned it for days. They don't always have brown rice, so those times I don't get anything when my family does because I don't like cilantro and I get a very basic veggie bowl. Sometimes it's great. There's really no consistency.

Always a good place to come for great meals! The menu is easy to understand and friendly staff. Not too high on the spendy side, good for families.
Every time we order ahead for pick up, the food is never ready and they have to start it. Isn't the whole idea of ordering ahead supposed to be for skipping the wait time???

A typical quick eating establishment. Nothing blew me away, but the food was fresh, price was right, staff were friendly, and the establishment was clean! Ticked all the boxes!
I went into restaurant and asked if they serve tofu. An Asian man at the grill, who I got the impression that he was the owner, heard my question, and responded in what I felt was a condescending, ridiculing way. No sure why my questioned made him feel threatened. I wasn't judging his establishment. Some restaurants have tofu some don't. No issue. Chipotle does, for example. Not sure why he thought it was acceptable or wise to try and ridicule me.

We came during lunch hour on Thursday and had a good experience. All the food items were high quality. We thought it was expensive until we realized that all the extras are no charge, including guacamole and queso. I do wish the fountain drinks were more reasonable; that is pure profit. Wife had a chicken quesadilla and I had a chicken burrito. Both were very filling and we took home half the quesadilla. Service was very helpful and accommodating however the woman struggled with English. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Sorry to read about the bad experiences here; that was not our experience.

We ordered from here tonight for dinner. We ordered a chicken bowl and there wasn’t a single piece of chicken in it. This place is too expensive to just not put any chicken on items we order. Don’t waste ur time here. Go to chipotle and get better customer service

I’ve unfortunately had a pretty bad experience at this location. I have been a chipotle guy but occasionally I’ve been too hungry to make the 30 min drive to chipotle and gotten food here. The first couple times I’ve been here it was okay, not as good as I was used to but okay in general; good portions. But the last couple times I’ve been really disappointed with the portions, I believe I have been served by the manager guessing by how pushy he was about getting a rewards account and getting a drink or add ons. I had to stop him from giving me queso even though I didn’t ask, and he was extremely sparing, using smaller spoons than the standard size even. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back
