Wow! The young lady in the window just slammed the glass on me and my husband! We were going to Dutch and my husband pulled up to her window. We were headed to crumble and honestly had she not been awful, I would have purchased a dozen cookies from her. But when I asked her about a coffee flavor, she very rudely said, "Do you think you're at Dutch Brothers or something?" Mid apology for our error, and before I had a had a chance to ask about cookies, she abruptly shuts the glass and walks off. HOW RUDE!

I love the drinks here, and go about twice a week! Every time I've gone the girl working the window is less than friendly. No customer service experience whatsoever, not a smile, not a hello, just "what do you want". It's super disheartening because i love the drinks so much, but hate dealing with the girls who work here. I hope things can get straightened out because I know many others have had the same experiences I've had.

Sodalicious is the absolute worst. I tried a few years ago when they opened here and hated it.The cookies taste like soap. The drinks are watered down. Absolute garbage. I've refused to go there since.My wife texts me this afternoon and asks if I want anything. I've only had it the one time before. I decide to give them another shot. I look at the online menu and decide on an orange cream drink.One of my favorite flavors, how can you go wrong? They went so wrong!They ruined it. Just watered down garbage water. I don't know how they take good ingredients and make something so terrible. Just the absolute worst.

First time going to this place and when I go in, the girl there was like the lobby is closed. And I was ok. Wanted to see the flavors that they had since they had some written down on a board. And I asked her can we just see the flavors you guys have then we go by the drive thru. But she was rude she said no we are closed until 4pm you can look up the menu on line. I mean ok well lock you door. She shouldn't be rude to the customers. Just went and left didn't even got to try nothing!!!!

I love sodalicious and go very frequently but the past few times I’ve had bad experiences with the brunette girl with glasses working the drive thru. She is rude for no apparent reason multiple times and it’s really starting to make me not want to go when there’s literally a Dutch bros right next door.

I have become very disappointed I’ve been to this location many of times and always get a cranberry 7up and lately it has just been tasting like 7up when I called and asked for it to be replace or re made they had let me know just to order my 7 up with 3 shots of cranberry next time instead of getting it re made.

Best soda drinks around, if you don't want to go to STARBUCKS or Dutch Bros, this is the best alternative, they have popcorn, great cookies, best mixed drinks ever, try the EL DOCTORO, DR P and Horchata!!!!Just fabulous. TREAT YOUR FRIENDS TO ALL THEY CAN DRINK ON SUNDAY, THEY ARE CLOSED.
I have been getting drinks from the Nampa location since it opened and for a while it was great. But for the last several months it seems they value their own "policy" over potential customers. I walked in the lobby today rather than waiting in the long drive through. One of the girls started to take my order when the other one stopped her. She said "sorry but the lobby doesn't open for another 15 minutes. I asked if she was seriously kicking me out and she said i could get in the drive through line. I asked if there could be an exception here but was told the Ipad station for the lobby won't work until noon. I suggested they could use the station at the window but was told " that is against policy ". I have these syrups at home and recreate their recipes often for a fraction of the price. But i want to support business when i can so i still buy from them when in the area. Now, not so much. If they value policy over a customer, so be it.

Laziest staff I’ve ever seen. I walked inside their store today and was turned away because their lobby was “closed” yet they were still serving their friends in the lobby. I recommend going next door to Dutch bros where you can get a good drink where staff members put the customer first
